I got home after about 5 minutes in the pouring rain .Joyful. I walked to be greeted with the warming smell of meatballs and grandmas perfume. I began walking upstairs before i heard someone yell my name. So I pivoted with a big sigh and trudged downstairs towards the kitchen.
"Hey gran" i said
"My darling, i missed you today." She almost shouted at me whilst pulling me into a hug " now what do you want for tea?"
"Meatballs i guess." Thinking back to the smell i walked into
"Good then teas ready could you take some up for dave too?"
"Sure gran ." I shrugged as she passed me 2 plates of pasta, meatballs and sauce.
I walked upstairs and into my grandads room. Sadly my granddad had been caught in a hit and run and could barely move his legs as the robbers shot him 3 times. Hes lucky to be alive but they never caught the robbers. . I placed the plate down next to him then sat down across the room to eat my own food.
