Baby Steps

Hi everyone!! Sorry for posting so late. Something happened to the computer and I lost the whole story I was working on so I have to rewrite now... Sigh... Okay let's start now!!

RSOC: Baby Steps (SNSD-TTS) All song credits goes towards owner. I find this song really suitable for this chapter as Mina is taking baby steps to 2 people... ^^

Mina's POV

"What is wrong with you!?!? Don't you know where to look?"-Jae Hyun

"I am so sorry!!", I said as I picked the books up one by one. I quickly ran off towards the park. I hated to be late.

Once Mark oppa saw me, he immediately came over and helped me take the books.

"Aigooo! You brought so much stuff... Must be very heavy huh... Oh! What happened to your forehead?"-Mark

My forehead? I touched the right side and it stinged.

"Ouch!" I wailed.

It must be one of the books that hit my head when I fell... Sigh... Then, Mark oppa ran towards the building hurriedly and came back with a first aid box. Mark oppa is just so caring to me... ^^ He opened up the white box and took out a pair of tweezers. He clipped a cotton ball and dipped it in a water-like solution. He came forward to me.

"It will sting a bit."-Mark

As he helped me to apply the solution, I looked at him. He looked so handsome when he is serious. I looked into his eyes. The eyes that made me fall in love. The eyes who said that they love me. Do still still love me even after 2 years? Then, he looked down. We stared into each others' eyes and slowly, he started to come nearer to me. I realised what he was doing and pulled away.

"Thank you, Mark oppa. It doesn't hurt anymore. Lets start with the revision!!"-Me

I saw his disappointed eyes and that made my heart break. We can never be together. We are still young and we are also trainees of one of the biggest entertainment company. If we are lucky, we may be able to debut as idols soon! We can never be together. It is our fate since the day we met. As trainees. I cannot sink in any further. For Mark oppa and myself. For our dreams. I love you, Mark oppa. Sorry.

Mark's POV

I looked in her brown eyes. The eyes that I love so much. The glow. It has never changed... Unconsciously, I started to move in towards her. Then, she pulled away. Did she reject me? My heart hurts... Mina...

After the revision, we went back to the building for more training. I opened the door and saw someone!

"Hyung!!", I ran towards him and did a brofist hug. Jae Hyun hyung is my favourite hyung and I didn't see him for a long time since he debuted. I pulled Mina to introduce her to him when I saw her eyes change. Her gaze... She looked really angry. I never saw her eyes like that. Mina have a really good temper and she have never gotten angry at anyone till now.

"Annyeonghaeseyo! I am Mina!"-Mina

After she introduced herself, she immediately excused herself from the room and went out to train... What has happened between them? Do they know each other??

Mina's POV

Why do I have to meet that jerk again? Uuggghhh... I quickly change into my ballet shoes and started dancing to the music. I attempted to do a triple pirouette and my ankle went soft and I fell on the ground. Its hurts so much!! Tears started to flow down my cheeks. Mark oppa! Where are you??? Help me please... I tried to get up and I fell back down. It hurts even more. I couldn't even move. Mark oppa...

Then, I heard someone come in. Mark oppa?? He carried me up in a bridal style and laid me on the sofa. Mark oppa isn't that strong to lift me up... Who is he?? I took a closer look and saw that it was Jae Hyun sunbaenim! What is he doing here?

"Are you okay?", he asked worriedly. Why is he so good to me now?? What does he want??

He took a medicated bottle from his bag and started to rub my ankle.

"Ouch! Yah!", I said and gave him a light punch.

"Wow! Chill!! Wait... You are using banmal to me? Your senior?!?!"-Jae Hyun

"Mianhe(Bianhe)... Sunbaenim..."-I said as I looked down.

"Its okay... Haha ^^ You can call me oppa if you don't mind..." He said shyly. He is quite cute... O///O But why did he do that to me just now?? He was still continuing to rub my ankle. It felt a lot better.

"Erm... Jae Hyun sunba... ah no oppa. Why did you shout at me just now?" I asked.

"Oh!! You were that girl? I have a fear of girls after becoming a celebrity. Since I am an idol, a lot of girls will come up to me and .... so i don't really like girls now. I thought you were one of those kind of girls earlier on so..."-Jae Hyun

"Ahhh! Okay I understand... My ankle is fine now. Since I do ballet, its very common... ^^"- I said as I flashed him a smile. He smiled back! He is so handsome when he smiles.

"Hehe! Oppa, you really look like Suho sunbaenim!! You are a clone!! Hahahahahaha!!"- I said and started to laugh uncontrollably.

"Yah!! You! Sigh... Since you are a cute and pretty hoobae, I won't mind."-Jae Hyun pouted.

Cute and pretty?? Me? I started to blush and my heart started to beat wildly. He looked so cute when he pouts... I started to feel breathless.

"Oh! Oppa!! Please do me a favour??"-I pleaded

He nodded.

"Erm... Please don't tell anyone that I cried?"-Me

"Why? I will agree to that when you tell me why."-Jae Hyun

I sighed and told him everything. I told him everything that I told Mark oppa. From the butterfly to the story of that guy that I confessed to. I felt that I could trust him. He felt... warm. And I feel very safe when I am with him. Although my first impression of him is bad, he is not like this after I got to know him more. He is really nice...

Yep!! This is the end!! Actually I didn't really remembered what I had written before but I do prefer this version. I guess I do have better writing skills at night since it is colder. My head hurts when it is hot and this is why I haven't been posting much these few days. It has been really hot in Singapore. In days where I post 2 or 3 chapter, the weather must be really good here! Haha... Since I am going to do an early birthday celebration tomorrow, I most probably won't be posting. >.< Sorry! Hehe ^^
