Jackson observed Mingyu and Mina, as they were quiet in their own world. The giant boy was sprawling on Jackson's bed while finishing his notes in silence. The graceful girl was busy typing on Jackson's computer. Jackson and Eunwoo were involuntarily stuck between those who refused to admit their own ego. Mina and Mingyu hadn't been able to find any interesting topic yet, or they just simply weren't interested in talking to each other anymore.

This meeting was supposed to talk about their own designated section and to teach each other, but Mingyu was late to submit his part, so Eunwoo and Mina had to delay the draft again. Ever since she came to Jackson's room, she said nothing except I'll take care of it. For how comforting those words might sound, the exact meaning must have been, I'll kill you guys later.

"Min!" Jackson shouted. Mina and Mingyu turned their head at him in unison. Jackson grinned cheekily.

"Myoui chan! Anything I can help?" Jackson tried to break the ice. Mingyu scoffed at Jackson's trap and continued to read his book.

"No, thanks," was all she said. Jackson was wheezing at her cold response.

Eunwoo threw a cracker bag into the trash bin and loomed over the computer to check on her. "You can ask me if there is anything weird."

"Actually, who made the underwater windmill part?" she asked.

Eunwoo gulped. He felt like the last cracker stuck in his throat. From all those sections, why should she ask about Mingyu's part? Eunwoo himself kinda felt that part stuck out like a thorn. He didn't dare to confront Mingyu about that since he knew his best friend already tried his best.

"Err, what's wrong with that? The theory doesn't match with the subject, or else?" Eunwoo tried to dodge the question.

"It's Mingyu, isn't it?" she snapped.

"What?" Mingyu turned at their direction at the mention of his name.

Mina and Mingyu locked eyes after avoiding each other's eyes for the past few weeks.

"You did the third section poorly, FYI,"

"Elaborate, please." Mingyu slowly sat up. His gaze was slashing her.

She stood up and strode to the bedside where Mingyu was sitting. Mingyu closed the book in his hand and straightened his back. He didn't need to stand to be as tall as her; he lifted his chin to meet her stoic expression.

She cleared her throat as she began to bombard him with questions.

"Do you think underwater turbines operate on the same principles with wind turbines?"

"Yes, more or less, even though water has a greater density than air,"

"Do you think both technology disrupt the environment?"

"Yeah, wind turbines interrupt aviation activity, water turbine, of course disrupting underwater life..."

"Then why you suggest to use more underwater turbine for the future?"

"Because it's reliable and predictable, tides and wave movements are easier to understand, the planners and engineers will need less time to plan the energy production for maybe a few years ahead..."

Jackson and Eunwoo watched them arguing for the next ten minutes with bated breath. They looked at them back and forth as if watching a ping pong match. They weren't sure if they could help their poor friend at the moment. Mingyu, however, seemed to defend himself well at her continuous jab.
