Meet Iris, the gamblers choice for 2019 on the adorable Highland Pony mold! Iris comes in four colors; pearlino/cremello appy spotted blanket in satin matte/gloss, blue roan tobiano in high gloss, solid silver bay in high gloss, and deco(rator) - violet and blue with gold splotches in high gloss. I totally got my predictions for the order the models would be released in wrong, except for the two given ones - Fiero and the new Irish Draft. Priscilla will be the next release in October, I'm so excited! This lovely little lady completes a small part of one of my biggest goals since I still have my two regular runs on her, now I have a special model on the mold. I originally got the decorator Iris and she was my last pick of the bunch so I was pretty disappointed, and because I love on the West Coast I thought I wouldn't be able to trade since my area is the last to receive models and everyone was trading and selling like crazy. So I posted my Iris for trade, first choice being the ally then pinto. Not even ten minutes after I posted her someone already wanted to trade so I got pretty lucky to be able to get my first choice and I'm really happy with her. Her following is almost a rosy champagne or a peachy/pearly rose gold, I love it! Iris is dubbed Shadows by Breathe Carolina.

Sampson!

Sampson came the day before my cremello Iris and I'm so happy to add another tradition to my collection since last Christmas, since my Oliver still hasn't shown up. He's much a handsome handsome boy and I love his buttery buckskin color with his rich black points and sweet star on his face. I'm really happy his star is his only markings and his points are a rich black and not a deep brown. I've always liked this mold and loved it when I got the shrunken down Gypsy in the Stablemates Club and now I have the Traditional scale model to go with. I'm beyond happy with him. 💛

I got a new single Stablemate in the mail from a seller off of Facebook, a Mustang Stablemate from one of the JCPenny Parade Of Breeds sets! I've been looking for this guy for a while we well as the rest of the set and others on this mold. He is my first OF model to have war paint on it, and it's perfect! He seems to be LSQ and he's just super pretty, definitely one on my new favorite Stablemates in my collection.

Speaking of the new Irish Draft mold, Breyer gave us our first look at him in what looks to be his clay prototype in gloss

Speaking of the new Irish Draft mold, Breyer gave us our first look at him in what looks to be his clay prototype in gloss. Breyer finally gave us a new sneak peek at Breyerfest of Corbin! I'm super excited to see how he looks in person and his painted promos in December. I will admit his clay sculpt does look a bit underwhelming... He looks to have hunter style braided mane and tail, but his actual body looks like it's lacking in detail. Hopefully his plastic mold will have more fine detailing and won't be so smooth all over. I'm really hoping to see Corbin in black with a white mark under his belly, two hind socks, blaze, and kissy spots on his nose. Really specific I know, but it'd be amazing I think.
