When I get back to my room I start to think about this whole thing, like do I really want my mother to take over the world? no. Do I have a choice? no. But what if I wanna just stay here? I mean I could actually become a popular singer here, instead of someone who performs in a Ursula's fish & chips. I lay down on my bed making me look at the ceiling, I start to slowly sing one of my favorite songs that I made myself. I have never showed anyone the song before since it's so personal to me, not even Harry or Uma have heard it.
"I'd like to say we gave it a try, I'd like to blame it all on life. Maybe we just weren't right, But that's a lie, that's a lie" I start singing softly

Here we almost, we almost knew what love was, but almost is never enough" I sing, I quickly look up when I hear someone else singing outside my door
"If I could change the world overnight, there'd be no such thing as goodbye. You'll be standing right where you were and we'd get the chance we deserve oh" I hear the person continue to sing, I walk over to the door and think about opening it

"Two questions. One what are you doing here and two how do you know that song? I have never shown it ti anyone" I ask
"Ummm one I couldn't sleep, so I decided to take a walk around inside. Two I've walked past your apartment before and heard you singing the song. I really like the song by the way" he says
"Wow okay, I didn't expect anyone to be able to hear it especially not through the walls" I say
"But you make really good songs, I would love to hear more of them and if it's not to much to ask for I would love to be able to hears not through a wall but while I can still see you" Carlos says
"So through a window" I joke
"Stop it, you know what I mean" he says
"Sure but how about we do it another day so I can get some sleep" I say
"Sure goodnight Maddie" Carlos says "goodnight" I say back before closing the door and getting ready for bed
