"Hi, mom" Mal says noticing that her mother is standing behind her, she and her friends have just been messing around when they stopped to steal some candy.
"Stealing candy? I'm so disappointed" Maleficent says, not at all looking disappointed.
"It was from a baby" Mal says trying to make this better.
"That's my nasty little girl" she takes the lollipop from Mal, spits on it and then puts it under her armpit "Give it back to the dreadful creature" she tells her little slaves
"Mom..." Mal says clearly annoyed
"It's the deets, Mal, that make the difference between mean and truly evil. When I was your age, I was cursing entire kingdoms. You, walk with me. See, I'm just, just trying to teach you the thing that really counts...how to be me" Maleficent tells Mal
"I know that. And I'll do better" Mal says looking Dow at her feet
"Oh, there's news! I buried the lede. You four and your sister too Mal have been chosen to go to a different school...in Auradon" she says excitingly. Carlo, Evie and Jay try to run away but are quickly stopped.
"Sister?" The other three questioned but Mal and Maleficent just ignored them
"What? I'm not going to some boarding school filled to the brim with prissy pink princesses" Mal says
"And perfect princes. Ugh." Evil comments
"Yeah, and I don't do uniforms. Unless It's leather. You feel me?" Jay says laughing to himself
"I read somewhere that they allow dogs in Auradon. Mom said they're rabid pack animals who eat boys who don't behave!" Carlos says sounding scared, Jay sneaks up behind him and say woof, Carlos jump at the certain noise and then hits Jay on the arm.
"And you know Maddie won't go either so yeah, mom we're not going. forget it." Mal says
"Oh, you're thinking small, pumpkin. It's all about world domination. Knuckleheads!" She says and they all follow her including Mal and her friends.
"You will go. You will find fairy godmother and you will bring back the magic wand. Easy peasy" Maleficent says now sitting in their house
"What is in it for us?" Map asks
"Matching thrones. Hers-and-hers crowns" she answers
"Um, I... I think she meant us" Carlos says looking a bit confused at what was happening all of a sudden.
"It's all about you and me baby. Do you enjoy watching innocent people suffer?" She asks Mal
