Roman and I headed inside with Lynda as we fell back onto the couch.

"I'm going to head to bed, you two need anything?" We shook our heads.

"Okay, goodnight." Lynda left the room as I turned to Roman.

"Your mom wants us to marry." I told Roman with a groan.

"She what?"

"She wants us to get married,  so we can procreate more Upirs and Cambions." I said.

"What did she offer you?" Roman asked.

"She didn't offer me anything, she offered Lynda, five hundred thousand dollars, if she could convince me to marry you."

We sat in silence for a while as I bit my lip.

"Would you, you know want to get married?" I looked at him.

"It would help, Lynda and her family a lot but, Peter." I yawned.

"Shits hard."

"Maybe we could share you." I looked at him.

"I meant to say that in my head." He said as I laid by his side.

"We'll all sit down and talk about it later." I closed my eyes.

"Goodnight, Ivy."

"Goodnight, Roman." I replied before falling asleep.

The next morning Roman and I woke up to see Peter staring at us.

"Good morning." Lynda said as Peter went to go get pants.

"So, how was it?" Roman asked as I looked over at him.

"What?" I asked concerned of my boyfriends face.

"Something was out there. A scent." Peter replied.

"Of what? Milk-Bone?" Roman asked as I hit him upside the head.

"Something bad." Peter squinted his eyes.

"Look, last night, you, Ivy and my mom you're the only ones who knows." Peter said as Roman and I shared a look.

"I need you to keep it that way." Peter said.

"Who would I tell?" Roman asked as I picked at my nails.

"Scout's Honor." He held up three fingers.

Roman got up and went to the door grabbing his jacket.

"I'm gonna go home and change. Should I pick you up later?" Roman asked as Peter was already a sleep.

"Poor thing. The turn, it really takes it out of him." Lynda said.

"Coffee?" She asked as I nodded.

"School." Roman opened the door.

"Roman, Scouts Honor."

"Yes, ma'am." Roman said.

"Pick me up in an hour?" He nodded leaving as I sighed.

I was walking down the hall when I saw a group of boys surrounding Shelley.

"Hey!"

"Fuck." One of the boys hissed.

"I don't know - what's wrong." He lied as I rolled my eyes.

"She just started crying and shit and -."

"Shh." I patted her shoulder.

"We were trying to figure out what's up, you know?" I stood up.

Roman came over to Shelley and I went into his boys face.

"Kiss him." I snapped.

"What?"

"Kiss his pretty little mouth." He cupped the boys face.

He kissed him as I smirked.

"Now, you are going to leave and tell everyone that you are in love with him." I said as they stayed there.

"NOW GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE!" I yelled as they all ran off.

"Thank you." Roman said ad I looked at him.

"No problem." I told him.

I went to Shelley holding out my hand smiling as she took it.

"Come on, let's go find your mom. I have to talk to her anyways." I told Shelley.

"Call me after, to make sure your safe." Roman kissed my cheek about to walk away.

"Talk to Peter." He nodded leaving as me and Shelley walked down the hall.

"He talks about you a lot." A robotic voice said as I looked at Shelley.

"He does?" She nodded.

"Letha and I are going shopping tomorrow want to come?" I asked as we got outside.

"Sure." She said as we got to Olivia who was leaning against her car.

"Sure for what?" She took a puff of her cigarette.

"Shopping with Letha and I." I said.

"Take Roman with you, he needs more clothes." I nodded as we got in.

Once we got to the house, Shelley went up to her room, as Olivia and I went to the kitchen.

"So, I'm assuming you told Roman?" I nodded as she poured me a glass of wine.

"Indeed, I did. He came up with an idea of me being shared by him and Peter."

"Ah, the gypsy boy. You would be wedded to Roman, he'll be your first priority." I laughed shaking my head.

"I agreed to marrying him and being with children, to keep your kind alive." I took a sip.

"Does not mean, I have to be in love."

"You will do as I say." I looked at my drink.

"Olivia, dear, read up on your Cambions, we cannot be drugged or compelled." I set my drink down.

"When do I need to decide by?" I stood up.

"Friday, midnight." I nodded.

"See you then." I headed out the door smirk on my face.
