So I've been practicing. The key to dragon angles is to not be afraid of messing up. Sketch things out very simply to get the idea, and challenge yourself to add details.
Like the dragons I've been drawing below! They've turned out... decent? Keeping things interesting instead of keeping my dragons always facing to the side perfectly.
