I inspect my surroundings, it seems to be my room?

I sluggishly pulled myself off from my bed, I examined the calendar carefully, I wouldn't want to waste my time getting ready for school and it's a Saturday, that'll be a hell lot of bullshit.

As it turns out there is school and it's a Friday, I looked puzzled, what happened to my alarm clock?.

I examined the time which read 6:30am? Whaaat?!!!! I'm going to be early?

Ha!!! Take that you stupid alarm, I really did it, I beat you to it

I happily mock my alarm clock with my tongue sticking out at it, wow that felt good!

I wouldn't want to waste this good opportunity even though going back to bed seems to be a little more interesting at the moment.

I had a feeling, today is going to be a good day.

As I had dressed up, the time read 7:00am, I still got an hour more to myself.

I majestically go down the stairs, heck yeah! I got time right?

As I slowly descend I could perceive the aroma of freshly baked goodies right from the kitchen, I couldn't hold up my charade anymore as I sped down the stairs right to the kitchen.

My mom back was facing me as she was working hard preparing breakfast, from my view, she looked a lot younger as she wore a short pleated gown and an apron around her waist it seemed to accentuate her waist

hmmm... Dad sure is missing a lot, too bad for him.. He..

It didn't take long as my mom magically appeared right in front of me holding up a cupcake right in front of me

"Someone woke up on the good side of the bed today and my my you woke up early!!"

I laughed at her remark :"Sure I did! and nothing is going to spoil it" I replied

I took the cupcake from her and devoured it, I was about to take another when I was cautioned :"A lot of sugar intake in the morning ain't good for you, you wouldn't want to spend your 'Good Days' in the ladies room, now would you?" She said with a slight chuckle

"But they are Sooooo good mom, how can something sweet be sooo bad? But I wouldn't want to spend my good days there though, it'll be a bummer!" She had a point there I gotta admit, I took one sad look at the cupcake before tearing my eyes away.

I heard a laugh coming from my mom as I did that I looked at her confused and slightly annoyed :"You caused this mom" I pointed accusingly, she rose her hand in defeat :"You didn't let me finish, you could take the others to school, I'm sure your friends will like those, especially a certain someone" she said the last part with a wink

What's up with that? But I sure don't have time to ask her.

I took the cupcake and my lunch from where she had carefully put them, hugged her tightly before hurrying towards the chauffeur.

"Someone is in a good mood" even if I was sleeping, I know that voice anywhere.

I whipped my head back and was greeted with the sight of Lucy!!

"Lucy!, you're back, how's your health now? I missed you" I couldn't stop myself from hugging her and grinning widely

"First, cou.. yo.. bac.. up a bit, I'm chokin.. he.. " she said as I didn't realize I was hugging her tightly

"Oh right! right!, sorry about that" As I slowly back away

"Thank you!!" as her chest heaved slightly taking in air when she was composed, "now to your question, I'm a lot better as you can see, no Flu can hold me down!!!, and I missed you too girl, but we gotta go, our pals are waiting for us now, we have a surprise for someone!! " she pulled my hands to accompany her, at least she got some strength in her otherwise she can't be pulling me with the force she's using right now.

Our usual spot for lunch break was occupied by the usual faces I've come to know, like and detest

*cough* *cough* Amanda

I sat down in my usual spot close to Adams who seemed to act strangely, did I just see a blush?
Nah its just my imagination.

"Oh! Before I forget, I got something for everyone courtesy of my mom" as I pull out the cupcakes to share apart from mine

"Hey what about yours?" Jason asked

"Oh! It's not poisoned or anything.... I... I mean I had mine in the m.. morning, and as it's p.. acked with a lot of goodies I wouldn't wa.. want to have a grumbling s... stomach s... so I'll go with a sa.. andwich instead" I tried making a complete sentence internally smacking my head and put up a fake smile as I really wanted one of the cupcakes but had to refrain from it

"Oh alright, wouldn't want to pressure you" he replied

I looked at everyone faces, Lucy gladly ate hers, giving a satisfied moan while doing so:"This is so goooood!"

Amanda on the other hand was inspecting hers like a criminal evidence before tasting some with the tip of her teeth biting into the cupcake I wanted so bad, as she munched on the little, her expression changed to ecstacy and began taking huge bites, I smirked to myself, Gotcha!!!

I turned my attention to Jason, who seemed to have Finished his? What in the hell? It's just 20secs now. Wow

Adams on the other hand was still holding his, clearly in a trance before he abruptly stood up, the said cupcake still in his hands as he bolted towards the exit of the cafeteria.

"Adams!!!!, nooo, we are not done yet!!!"

A/n wow! When I wrote this, I was not expecting for things to turn out this way but it did
