"MA" Kemoni continuously yelled throughout the apartment as she just randomly walked around. When she realized that I stopped answering her, she just stopped and stood there looking at me
"What bro?"
Just then, Nasir started to cry in his swing so I leaned forward and popped his pacifier into his mouth and continued folding up the laundry. Just as I got to a pair of Kentrell's pants I reached into his pocket and pulled out a receipt wrapped around a couple of bills
"This boy" I muttered while I tossed it on the table along with the other bills I've found since I've started laundry and looked at the receipt. It was too washed out so all I saw was that it was from a jewelry store
"Probably brought another chain"
"DADA" Kemoni yelled and walked up to me holding her hands up tryina figure out where Kentrell was but he was busy outside, downstairs smoking
"Daddy downstairs"
She started talking so I just sat there looking at her confused "girl what?"
Once she finished talking she looked at all the money I sat on the table from Kentrell's things and went over to it, playing with it
"Girl ya daddy gone kick your ass" I laughed to myself. Just as I said that the door opened and Kentrell walked in. Kemoni looked back at him and went back to playing with the money on the table
"You need to learn to stop leaving money in your pants pockets"
"Whatchu talkin bout?" Kentrell asked and I pointed to the money. When Kentrell actually carefully looked at the money on the table, he damn near ran over to Kemoni and started picking it up, taking it from her
"You ain playin with my money lil girl"
"Stooppppp" Kemoni yelled and turned around to face Kentrell with her bottom lip poked out
"Girl put that lip back in" I laughed
"Kemoni" Kentrell called her name. She put her finger in her mouth and walked over to his leg, letting out a loud cry so he picked her up and she cried on his shoulder
I rolled my eyes and finished folding up the shirt I was holding "Girl BOO!"
"Leave my baby alone" Kentrell defended her and pulled one of the bills from his hand, handing it to her "here"
She lifted her head up and looked at the bill, her finger still in her mouth, wiped her eyes and grabbed the money with a smile. I just shook my head and not before long Nasir spit his pacifier out, bawling up his face even more before letting out a cry
"What's wrong with mommas baby" I asked him while I stopped folding up clothes and picked him up.
"He probably want his daddy"
I cut my eyes at Kentrell "no he don't. Worry bout that daughter of yours"
There was a quick knock on the door so I looked at Kentrell
"Fuck you gotta look at me fa?"
"Go answer the door smartass"
He began to mutter under his breath and went to answer it with Kemoni still in his arm. Once I heard the name squirt being mentioned, I knew it was Kd. Kentrell let him in and surprisingly Kemoni jumped into his arms with the quickness
"Heyyy Kd!"
"Sup fatass" he replied while sitting down and I frowned.
"Fuck you. I'm not even fat nomore.. what made you come over here anyways"
"I can't come see my niece and nephew?"
"Well fuck you too then" Kentrell told Kd, being highly offended and I laughed before looking down at Nasir. He was trying to scratch his face but he had mitts on, preventing him from doing just that
"Whatchu doing baby?" I asked Nasir and he let out a yawn while stretching out for a quick second
"Boy y'all both look like y'all daddy" Kd laughed while he looked at both Kemoni and Nasir "Yb you cant deny these kids right here"
"I wish he would. I'll beat the hell outta his bow legged ass"
Kentrell stopped straightening the money in his hands and looked at me "shut up witcho pissy ass"
"Got me fucked up. I ain pissy" I rolled my eyes and started to rock Nasir seeing that he was sleepy
"Anyways Kd. You coming to LA?"
"Yeah. I told her I might come" he answered with a sigh as he sat back and Kemoni laid back on him, looking at Nasir in my arms
"Might?"
"Yeah might"
"Why wouldn't you come Kd. She invited you, I thought y'all were cool now"
"We are" he nodded "we in two whole different states and I rarely see her on Instagram and snap so it made shit a lot easier being cool"
"So you scared you might catch feelings if you see her again?.... hmmm"
"I ain scared. I'm just saying"
"See all this shit could've been avoided if both of y'all wasn't some dumb mufuckas" Kentrell bluntly told Kd and I could't help but laugh "nigga you takin yo ass to LA"
"Yeah. I agree with Kentrell. Everybody else going so why you can't go? Boy you family and regardless of whatever happened with you and Elena, y'all stuck being around each other forever"
"Yeah cause Noel trapped forreal now"
I made an ugly look at Kentrell and Kd laughed
"I'll probably go"
"Ain got no choice but to. Needa Get yo girl back"
"Lena ain't my girl nomo. Shawty happy with a whole fiancé"
I rolled my eyes at his comment and Kentrell laughed. I looked down and saw Nasir was sleep but I continued to rock him cause I didn't wanna put him down
"Like I said, go get yo girl back" Kentrell repeated and started to head to the kitchen and of course Kemoni hurried off of kd's lap to follow him. Once they were gone Kd looked at me
"What going on with Elena?"
"I don't know. But I'll surely find out when I get there cause my sister ain't too happy"
Kd sighed and shook his head while I went to playing in Nasir's hair
