The next day
I woke up at my usual time and got my black ass up and started getting ready for school. I took me a quick shower then threw on my red champion outfit wit my G fazos.
Them niggas menace and demon been MIA since yesterday. Last time I talked to either one of them they was both with they girls.
I grabbed my book bag and my phone and shit before walking out my room. When I walked in the living room my little brother Tyreke was sitting on the couch eating cereal.
"Wassupp lil bruh" I said beside him as I waited for menace and Mekhi like I do every morning
They scoop me first since I live the closest.
"Wasspoppin" he replied
My little brother only 13 but that little nigga smart as hell. I talked to my brother until my phone rang.
Menace 👹 flashed across my screen.
"You outside fih?" I asked him
"Nah blood I'm on the block. I never went home last night" he said sounding tired as hell
"Why nigga we got school. What the fuck type time you on?" I asked throwing my book bag over my shoulder and walking out the door.
If menace and demon missing school they got a damn good reason. I walked in the direction of the hood drill on the phone with Mekhi.
"Man demon got locked last night and his bond 30 thousand" he said sounding even more stressed than before
"30 thousand? For what?" I asked turning down the street Brazy and Loso live on
Coincidentally they was both sitting on the porch waiting for Mekhi and demon like I was. I nodded for them to come on and they both got up and walked in my direction.
"Man he was coming to pick me up from corrina house and we got pulled by some old asshole ass cop. He got caught wit a pistol and then he took the lil 8th I had on me. Me and my dukes found a 2% bondsman now niggas just gotta find 3,000 dollars" he explained
"Me and gang right around the corner from the hood. We gone figure something out" I told him
He said ight before hanging up. I explained to Brazy and Loso what happened and we all made our way to the block. When we got there Mekhi was sitting on the hood of the V serving a feen.
"Wasspoppin" he said dapping us all up
"So what we gone do man?" Brazy asked as we all surrounded the car
"Bruh I don't know man! I been trappin all night but this bitch been dead as fuck I only came up $400 and my dukes can only put up 5. Niggas dont get paid till Friday and even then i ain't gone have enough without demon check" Mekhi said holding his head in his hands.
"I can put up 3" Loso said pulling out some money
He handed Mekhi 3 hundred dollars from out his pocket.
"I got 2" Brazy said giving him 2 hundred dollars
"Yeah and I got like 4" I said flipping through my money
Yeah this gone set niggas way back but if the tables was turned demon would do the same for any one of us. Plus that county shut really ain't no joke we can't just let bruh sit like that and his bond only 3 bands.
"Ight book that's $1,800" Mekhi said putting all the money together and then stuffing it in his sock.
"So now all we need is 12 hundred. Between the 4 of us we should be able to come up wit 12 hundred dollars before Friday and if not we all get paid then. Worse case scenario bro just gone have to sit for a couple days" I shrugged
