The lonely boy meets the girl

Natsu's POV

I laid down on the sand. I was mad at myself . I didn't get a good grade on my test. I kicked a tree in frustration. Sometimes I wish I wasn't here at all. I grabbed a pocket knife. I swiped it from my dad. My white hair dirty and disgusting in the sunset light. I was about to make a mark until I heard "Stop! Wait." Some blonde said. I looked up my eyes weld with some tears. Did someone actually care?

Lucy's POV

I was going home taking my usual route near Natsu's house. I sort of have a crush on him ever since we brushed shoulders in 1st grade. He just makes my heart beat fast and I think about him all the time. He isn't the most popular person in the world, but there is just something about him.

I saw Natsu's familiar pure white hair in the sunlight and smiled. What I saw wasn't as pretty as him. He had a knife against his wrist ready to make a mark. Without me thinking I yelled "stop! Wait." I blushed as he looked at me, but I hated how he became. I looked at him and walked towards him and threw the knife down. "What are you thinking!?! That's dangerous as hell!" He looked at me and said "I-i just c-can't let myself d-down anymore." Natsu began to cry. I couldn't take it anymore I hugged him. "Come on your amazing. Promise me you won't ever touch that knife again." I said softly. I took the knife closed it and placed it in my pocket. The boy simply nodded. "I must go now." I said. I moved my blonde hair away from my face. "Do you have a phone?" I asked. He nodded and pulled it out. I took it and put my phone number in it. "Text me if you ever feel that way again." I said.

That was a year ago...

Natsu's POV

I never did text the girl when I felt bad. I'm still a loser thinking she could of cared about me. That girl didn't even introduce herself. I got up getting ready for school. I still cut, but sometimes I can't bring myself to do it because of that girls memory. What's weird is that my hair turned very very light pink after that. It's a pain now. I looked in the mirror getting up to get ready for my new school today

Lucy's POV

I got up looking at the mirror thinking about Natsu like always. I looked like a zombie. I grabbed a brush and brushed my hair. When I put on makeup it makes me feel like I'm putting my face on. I finished getting ready for this new school. To bad Natsu will probably stay at the old academy. Unless he wanted a change or something...
