Willow was sick. It wasn't the sneeze and a runny nose, no. It was the vomiting and sweats and fevers and everything else under the sun that made her feel like death. Both of her parents were asleep, but the girl found herself draped over the toilet emptying the nonexistent contents of her stomach every fifteen minutes. She must've fallen asleep because she woke up to a cold hand on her forehead. Immediately, she smiled weakly at her best friend, Jasper freaking-some-type-of-gorgeous Hale. Of course, she'd been in love with him since she'd gotten to know him, which was about a year ago. But she knew that someone that gorgeous and that smart would never feel the same. But in her delirious, sickly state, she'd bravely, or stupidly, admitted her feelings while falling asleep.
