He's perspective, he doesn't normally fight back till he knows your quirk, and fighting styles are.
Quirk:
Imagination - Using his quirk he can summon/create anything he wants. Using his quirk he can also create other quirks for himself, tho they last 12 hrs at most no matter how much he trains.
Quirks overuse:
If he uses his quirk to much his hearing slowly starts to disappear as a warning of overuse. Once all his hearing is gone he starts to get splitting headaches-this stops once his vision is also gone, leaving him to use others to help him find his way around or use his quirk and make things worse. So if he continues with the latter his mind will shut down-this leaves him with a blank mind, kinda like if you're writing and suddenly can't think of anything no matter how much you try, or dancing and just can't pick up the beat no matter how long you listen. Meaning he can't use his quirk and if so bad he will lose consciousness

BACKSTORY

Before birth:
Shota and Anthea met at a club that shota was dragged to and exchanged numbers and blah blah bladidy blah skip a year or 2 Anthea has Sozo

Describe their childhood (newborn-age 10:
When he was born Anthea moved in with Shota. Shota still not knowing Anthea was a villain.around his 2nd birthday Shota started getting villain vibes from Anthea. On Sozo's 3rd birthday Anthea started picking fights with Shota. On his 4th birthday eh got his quirk, the small family was very happy. Just after his 5th birthday his Mother grabbed him from his bed after Shota fell asleep and left a note telling him she took him home to the place he belonged, to the LOV. That was when Shota confirmed she was a villain. After that his Mother made him study, Train his body, Train his quirk. Around the age of 7 he started acting like his Father, ending up with a pissed off Anthea and an amused Shota
Age 15 he goes and lives with his Father, little after that Shota enrolls him in U.A.
