Okay so I've been seeing a lot of "oh why do we have a whole month I'm proud about my sexual orientation everyday" and I think you're missing the point of Pride month. Pride month is for people who aren't that proud of their sexual orientation. Not everyone is comfortable, especially if you've just found out you're gay or bi. Pride month was made when the world was much more homophobic. It was for LGBT+ people to stand up for themselves. It isn't a SJW thing. It's a great thing. It's for people to think "wow. There's a whole month for people like me."
It makes them feel less alone. Makes them feel better about themselves. You may be confident and comfortable with who you are, but there are others who aren't so be more considerate I guess. Don't question why it exists because maybe you don't need it, but others do.
