Chapter Fifty Eight

"But... whatever happens next, it's all on you. I won't even be upset if what you are doing now backfires on you. Don't you dare come to me and say that I never warned you!," the elder raised his voice, but then he stopped for the second time, realising where they were right now.

Jin then glared his eyes at Jimin for the last time before he dashed out from the room.

Jimin just silently watched his most trusted hyung walk away, sliding his body against the wall to sit down to digest and to think through what Jin just told him a minute ago.

I'm not cheating on Yoongi.

I..

I just want to help Taehyung,

that's all.

After all, Taehyung was with me when I was having those hard years, Jin hyung.

He needs me now and that's what I should do, right?

I should be there for Tae as his bestfriend.

"Jiminie... Kiss me.. I love youuuuu," Taehyung's voice suddenly boomed from the bed, making Jimin slightly jump from his spot.

He then softly smiled at Taehyung who was still sleeping while cuddling the pillow. He was drooling with his mouth slightly opened, but Jimin still thought that Taehyung looked cute like that.

Y-yeah,

Taehyung is only my bestfriend.

Yoongi should know that I only love him.

Only Yoongi.

He quickly fished out his phone from his pocket, intending to call Yoongi so that they could meet before his flight this evening.

Jimin silently hoped that Yoongi could even join him to go to the airport to spend some time together before he went for his few weeks long world tour.

It felt like forever, waiting for Yoongi to pick up his phone call.

And after a few rings later, someone picked up the call.

"Yoongi-"

"What the fuck do you want, Jimin?" Namjoon growled, sounding very pissed.

"Namjoon hyung.. hyung.. can I.. can I talk with Yoongi hyung? I-"

"What do you want to talk about? There's nothing you can explain right now. You hurt Yoongi hyung alot. He saw the video of you guys making out last night at the party. I warned him even before he started to be closer to you, that letting his guard down will only end up with him hurting himself because of you!"

"Hyung, no. Last night, other than kissing, nothing else happened. I.. I swear, hyung! I swear! P-please, I.. I need to talk to Yoongi now. Or.. should I go to his place?" Jimin begged, sounding very desperate.

I can't go without explaining things to Yoongi..

N-no.

Not when.. not when I'm gonna be gone for a while.

I.. I can't lose Yoongi.

I don't want to lose him!

"Namjoon h-hyung, please. I beg you," Jimin pleaded again, starting to choke on his own tears.

He could feel his chest hyperventilating, being too scared that he would lose Yoongi now.

Yoongi, the love of his life.

"Yoongi.. Yoongi hyung can't talk right now. Not now," Namjoon replied, glancing at Yoongi who was still sleeping.

The guy looked haggard.

He doesn't even look like the Yoongi hyung he has known his whole life.

There were dried tears staining the used to be smooth white cheeks, swollen eyes and he looked completely broken.

Yoongi frowned and his lips were trembling even in his sleep.

And it's been so long since Yoongi has been broken like this, if ever.

The last time he was close in this state, it took one whole year for him to be completely fine again.

"Hyung, I need to talk to him before my flight today. Can.. Is it possible if I meet him in 1 hour?" Jimin tried, wiping his tears with the back of his hand but he only ended up getting more fresh tears coming out from his swollen eyes.

"We.. we have to go somewhere else soon. We don't have an hour. We have meetings in another province, Jimin," Namjoon lied. He felt that this is what was best for Yoongi now, being away from Jimin just to clear his mind and heal his heart.

"Hyung.."

"I'm sorry, Jimin. Probably later when you are done with your concert tour, you can try calling Yoongi hyung again."

And with that, Namjoon ended the call, completely ignoring Jimin's tearful pleas.
