Yee Eun innocently nudged Jungkook, "Just one dance, and I'll be yours again, okay?"

"I'll be back, take good care of my lovely date, will you Jungkook?" Min Hyun winked to Chaeyoung before he brought himself and his sister to the center of the dance floor. Leaving Jungkook and Chaeyoung on their own.

The music started again, this time it was more of a blue-soothing melody.

"Shall we?" A hint of a nervousness built up inside him. It was now Jungkook who was stretching his hand forward to her. Just like when he did back at the first gala they attended together. It brought her such a beautiful memory of them.

Chaeyoung put her hand on his with no hesitation. As if she knew it was belong to him. She could faintly noted a smirk on his face when she did so.

Jungkook swiftly put his hand on her waist and brought her closer to him. From this distance, he could sense the warmth of her body and those sweet smell of roses and vanilla of hers. They never fail to drove him insane.

On the other hand, Chaeyoung was afraid if Jungkook could felt her heart thumping wildly inside. It has been a long time for her to be this close to him. Feeling the warmth of his embrace while swaying in between the strings of the heartfelt melody.

Chaeyoung brought her gaze up, and caught Jungkook was looking at her the entire time.

"You're improving." He commented.

"Thank you, you're the one who taught me."

Jungkook smiled, reminiscing the first time they dance together in his head.

"Oh, and... You look beautiful tonight." He added. Causing a hot blood rushed into her cheeks, making her blush. Jungkook find it cute when she tried to hide it by looking at the other way.

They continued to dance in their ancient outfit. The whole ambience really brought them back to The Joseon Era.

No words came from their mouth afterwards. They just communicate through silence. Unspoken words emanated from their eyes, hoping the melody would delivered each other's message of heartbreak and longing.

Both of them seemed to enjoy their moment, and didn't seem want to let go of each other, until their dates are back when the music was over.

Soon, they have to part ways and went back with their dates. Their eyes still on each other's even when their dates brought them back to their seat.

Parting was never what they wanted actually. Especially for Chaeyoung. But hey, maybe this is for the best. For both of them and of course, someone else's sake.

Even so, deep down, they knew they were still and will always yearn for each other.

"Yah, Yuju-yah, hold yourself." The man said, he knew damn well what would happened if Yuju overdrink herself.

"Chaeyoung-ah, go order more!" Yuju poured up Chaeyoung's glass. "Ahjussi, can we have more meat please!" She called the old man.
