CHAPTER EIGHTY TWO
'Are you serious?'' Said a surprised Raman
'Well yeah I guess they interpreted the whole thing differently. Oh God wait that is why they think I can't sleep without you there. Explains why Ruhi stopped hoping into our bed after I got back from hospital.'' She said
'Well at least something god=d came out of it. Why wouldn't I let go or your hand though.'' She asked as he laughed with her
'I don't know... Maybe your subconscious was telling you something you were being stubborn to admit.'' Said Ishita as Raman finally drove into their parking lot
'Glad I eventually listened...'' He said as he leaned in to kiss her
She kissed him back for a while she before she stopped and begun to stair right head to where he was sitting
'What...''' He asked as he turned to look at he couldn't believe the person he was looking at
'Shagun...'' They both called out
Raman turned and got out of the car and walked straight to where Shagun was standing furious as hell as to why she was out let alone what she was even doing here. Ishita could see Raman was furious and he might do something that was not good so she got out of the car as well and followed him.
'Get off my porch...'' yelled Raman
'Raman Please... I know you are angry and rightly so but it is important that I tell you something...'' Said Shagun as tears run down her face
'I don't care what you have to say get the hell off my porch and when I am done with the son of a bitch you released you, you both are going to be sorry.'' He said as he grabbed her hand and dragged her off the porch
'Raman... Raman calm down... Raman ...'' Ishita called out but he wasn't having it
'Raman please just hear me out. I have no place to go please...'' Said Shagun
'I don't care... Go find someone else to bother and leave me and my family alone...'' Said Raman who was levied
'He is going to kill me... Please...'' Said Shagun as she sobbed
'Good... Whoever it is will be doing the human race a great deed. If he does he will deserve a statue in his name...'' said Raman before he turned and walked away leaving a crying Shagun in the parking lot
Ishita turned and looked at Shagun with all sorts of emotions going through her. She had imagined what she would do if she ever came face to face with her again but now that she was seeing her all she felt was pity. All the people she knew and loved had all left her and she was all alone.
'I always wanted to ask if you got the satisfaction that you wanted when you handed me over to that psychopath. I mean was it worth it?'' asked Ishita
'I am sorry... Please you have to understand how sorry I am. Circumstances made me do that...'' Said Shagun
'What circumstances please tell me. I don't get why anyone would do that to anyone no matter the circumstances. Did you ever stop to think how this would affect you children? Did any of that resonate in your head when you did all this planning? You must be the most self-centered human being I have ever met and that says a lot because I worked for a drug lord.'' Said Ishita as tears begun to fill her eyes
'Look fine... Be mad all you want but you need to tell you husband to tell me where Shlok is...'' Said Shagun
'Why would Raman know where Shlok is? He ran away and nobody knows where he is...'' Said Ishita
'Raman knows believe me and if he doesn't tell me that psycho will kill me...'' Said Shagun
'Who will kill you...'' Said Ishita but before Shagun could answer she received a call. When she looked at her phone, there was a terrified look in her eyes and she turned to Ishita and said
'Listen this is not even over yet. If you really want to be safe you need to tell me where Shlok is. Call me on this number if you convince Raman...'' Said Shagun handing Ishita a piece of paper before she run out of that place
Ishita looked at the paper and Shagun had written her number on there. She wondered why Shagun was insisting that Raman knew Shlok's whereabouts. She walked into the house with that piece of paper and looked at Raman who was sitting at the dinning with a glass of scotch in his hand
'Raman calm down... She has gone...'' Said Ishita
'She has some audacity to show up here like that. Who the hell does she think she is? And why is she out anyway... She should be rotting in jail.'' Said Raman
'Please calm down...'' Said Ishita as she removed the bottle of scotch that he was having in his hand
'I just... Arrrggghhh I am going to kill Kushan... I am literally going to strangle him with my bear hands I swear...'' He added as he got agitated
'Raman just calm down, it is alright. She is gone anyway.'' Said Ishita
Raman who had been entangled in his own rage had even forgotten how his wife must have felt when he saw the woman who might have been responsible for her kidnap. He turned to Ishita and placed the glass of scotch on the table and he said
'Ishita I swear I didn't know that she would come here and I didn't even know that she was out. I swear I am going to make sure that she goes back in there. Someone must have paid her bail and I am going to find out who that is.''
'Raman...It is okay... I know you did your best. Besides Shagun being out is punishment enough because she is going to watch from a far while I take away everything she loves and cares about.'' Said Ishita as she pulled Raman in and kissed him
'Wait so you're not upset...'' Said a surprised Raman
'No... I am fine. I know I have you here with me so I am safe. Besides I think you have enough anger to go around for the both of us'' She said as she hugged him
'I am sorry, she just really brings out the worst in me...'' he said as he hugged her back
Raman put his arms around her thanking God that she was more understanding and this forgiving although he was cursing under his breath because unlike her, he wasn't letting go that easily. Shagun had to pay,
'She did say something though...'' Said Ishita
'What...'' Said Raman as he pulled away
'She says you need to tell her about Shlok's whereabouts or he or someone would kill her... I don't know... She also said we are not safe yet because it is not over...'' Said Ishita looking at Raman
'I don't know what the hell that means. If you ask me she is playing an angle...'' he said
'I don't know... She looked really scared to me. She keeps on insisting you know Shlok's whereabouts...'' Said Ishita
