CHAPTER FIFTY TWO

Mihika first looked at her almost as if she was trying to assess what Shagun had said and Shagun was holding her breath hoping they had bought at least that part of the story but before she even assessed what was happening, a sound went off

'Bang Bang...'' and it took her a minute to realize Raman had been shot in the shoulder

'Oh my God Raaammmaaannn...'' Screamed Shagun

'Oh relax it is just a flesh wound but I promise next time I won't miss.'' Said Mihika

Shagun would see Raman had begun to bleed as she knew these idiots were going to kill him. He had lost a lot of blood and she knew she had to do something

'Okay I will give you his number just please let him go. This was not his fault, I will give you a number Parmeet gave me incase such a thing happened.'' Said Shagun defeated as she cried seeing how helpless Raman was.

She felt guilty and regretted what she had done to her family. All this was happening to him because of her. If she had been a good wife all those years ago then maybe Raman wouldn't see a day like this.

'Okay we are dialing this number and you are to ask him exactly what we tell you. Make conversation and ask him where Ishita is. If you are lying to m Shagun I swear...'' Said Mihika as she placed the gun on Raman's head

'No I swear that is the number and I didn't know that he was planning on taking her I swear. Just tell me what to do and I will do it...'' Said Shagun as tears rolled down her face.

Mihika grabbed her phone and dialed the number

'Ring ring...''

'Hello...'' Said Parmeet

'Parmeet it is me, Shagun'' she said

'Oh God who the hell did you manage to get out.'' Said Parmeet

'Raman is an idiot he believe anything remember...'' Said Shagun looking at Raman who was sitting there unconscious

'Yeah tell me about it...'' said Parmeet laughing

'Okay look what the hell did you do with the low class Ishita?'' Asked Shagun

'Why should matter to you what happens to her?'' Asked Parmeet as if getting suspicious

'I want to know that she suffered. I want to know that she is not coming back. I want to see her feel the pain of what I went through.'' Said Shagun

'She will suffer alright. Plus I do not think Tarish will let her go anyway. He is kind of obsessed with her. But I can't tell you where she is sorry. He is crazy he will kill me'' Said Parmeet

'Wait Parmeet, how much?'' said Shagun

'Meaning what'' asked Shagun

'How much will it cost me to know where she is? I want to make sure she never come back'' Said Shagun

There was some silence at the other end of the line and everyone was holding their breath hoping and praying he agreed and then they heard him say

'How much are we talking''

'2 Million...'' said Shagun

'2 Million rupees, I am not sure...'' Said Parmeet hesitantly

'Who said anything about Rupees. 2 Million Pounds...'' Said Shagun

'What? You're playing. Where the hell do you expect to get that kind of money?'' asked Parmeet laughingly
