You were never meant to come into my life with intention.
I was never supposed to love you, but I broke my own rule.
My soul was awake. My heart pounded louder; with meaning.
And all the while, I knew exactly what was going to happen in the end, and I was trying my best to prevent it.
I knew it—I knew you were going to leave, and there was nothing I could do about it.
I truly loved you, and I strongly believe that once you truly love someone with your whole heart, you can't un-love them, no matter what they did to you.
I've tried, and, despite my efforts, I've failed. I will always love you...
Even if you don't love me.
