"Throwing rocks at your window at midnight

You met me in your backyard that night

In the moonlight you looked just like an angel in disguise

My whole life seemed like a postcard

You were mine for a night

I was out of my mind

You were mine for a night

I don't know how to say goodbye

Making all our plans in the Santa Cruz sand that night

Thought I had you in the palm of my hand that night

Screaming at the top of my lungs til my chest felt tight

I told myself that I'm never gonna be alright

You had me wrapped around your finger

I'm wrapped around your finger......"

BAILEY POV

I walked over to the window, drawing back the right side of the curtain to reveal the bottom side of the window totally smashed.

"Luke what the hell?" I whispered through the open window, looking down at the boy two stories below. It was a novelty looking down on him, usually it was the other way around.

"I wasn't meant to break the window..." He hissed, looking about worriedly as if he was concerned he would get caught.

"Bit stronger then you thought you where Hemmo?" I teased, sitting down by the window.

He grunted in reply and looked down awkwardly, he still couldn't take a compliment.

"So why are you throwing rocks at my window at......midnight." I finished checking the time.

I could faintly see the smirk forming on his mouth through the dark. Bright moonlight splashed itself across the backyard, the pale light bouncing on the pool water.

"I wanted to take you somewhere." He whispered as he rocked back and forth on the heels of his converses.

"That's if you will let me..." He quickly added, looking up into my face again.

I mentally calculated what could happen. I definitely didn't want a repeat of what happened this, I mean yesterday, morning. This was Luke's effort at starting over. I trusted him not to flip it up. If he did though, I was done. I didn't know how to phrase my opinion lightly with him both not being offended and getting the message. I decided to tell it how it was.

"Ok, I'll come but if you stuff it up like this morning I will literally not have any more patience." I hissed, hopefully getting my point across without raising my voice.

I heard a low, deep chuckle sound through the darkness, then he replied.

"I'll try my best."

"Is it hot what should I wear cause I'm kinda in my PJ's." I said, pointing out the obvious.

"Shorts and a singlet." He replied quickly, tilting his head back up at me.

"Ok. I'll be a minute."

I shut the window, pulling the blind across again. Realising the rock was still on the floor I picked it up and quickly threw it out the window, not looking where it was going to fall.......

"Gahhh shit Bailey what the hell!!" I heard a yell of annoyance, loud enough to wake a light sleeper. I winced and closed my eyes. Damn.

"Sorry Lucifer." I laughed, sticking my heard out the window again.
