You were always a mystery, An addictive fascination, A great beauty with luxurious black hair undulating down your back, A great beauty which your simple rich green robe was incapable of hiding.
I often wondered what was going through your mind, As you wandered among the lush greenery in the mountains you called home, And always, always accompanied by the lovable yet majestic black feline.
I wondered if you could see me, I wondered if you felt the same, Butterflies fluttering and time frozen in place, Whenever I take a look at your gentle face.
My past, my present, my future, Your past, your present, your future, Intertwining to form an inescapable destiny.
You were always a mystery, And you shall always be.
