“Why the fuck all these damn people out here?” I said.

“That’s what I’m saying.”

I looked over at a group of girls and a few boys were sitting with them but this one particular girl just kept staring at me.

I was trying to ignore it by sitting down on a bench with King but she walked over to us and stood in front of me smiling. She wasn’t ugly…shid if I didn’t have a girl I would talk to her. She look familiar.

“Hey.” She said smiling.

“What’s up?” King and I said at the same DAMN time!

“How have you been?” she said.

“Do I know you?” I asked as nicely as I could because I had no idea who she was.

“You don’t remember me?”

“Nah, not really.”

“Ezra seriously?” she said with attitude.

I laughed at that cause a bell went off in my head.

“Damn Brea.” I said looking at her smiling.

“I can’t believe you didn’t remember me stupid.” She said laughing.

I stood up and hugged her.

“Shit I couldn’t tell it was you…you look different as hell.” I said.

“What does that mean?” she asked staring at me.

“You look different in a good way…but this my nigga King.” I said smiling and pointing to him.

“Hey.” Brea said waving.

“What’s up.” King said.

“Are you busy tonight?” She asked.

“Nah, why?” I asked putting my hands in my cargos and looking at her.

“Do you want to kick it with me tonight? I’ve been gone for five years.”

“Yeah we can, give me your number.” I said.

She grabbed my phone out my hand and put her number in.

“You better not leave me hanging Ezra.” She said holding my hand.

“I got you, just make sure you ready at 6 which is in a couple of hours.”

She laughed. “I will be.”
