This story was given to me by an awesome fan (all my fans are awesome!) to review. So let me do just that.
Coming from a person who's never watched Naruto, I'm not sure of whether or not it stays faithful to the show- I'm going to have to ask my Naruto-loving cousing about this.
The writing style is familiar- but good familiar. Likable. I've seen it many times before, and enjoy every time. Detail was consistent. She didn't reference too much to Naruto, which made the story easier to understand if you're not familiar with the show and its characters. Again, you don't want to punch the characters in the face- they're reasonable in their actions. The story is likable. I can't really say much about the story yet since it has a long way to go (she's even told me herself- the main characters haven't even kissed yet at thirty chapters. But I still recommend you go read it.
