Calum fell asleep after having that argument with Darren. Calum has no idea why he has the urge to go to meet whoever wrote that message. Maybe he knows it'll piss Darren off and that's what he wants to do? Maybe he's just got himself addicted to the danger of these situations? Maybe he just wants to prove to that person he's not afraid of them?

"Valley!" Darren calls out to her through her thoughts. "What do you want Darren?" She asks him. "Did you write a message in blood on his window?" He replies a question back. "What?! Whose window?!" Valley asks confused. "Calum's, okay it definitely wasn't you" Darren replies. "Of course it wasn't me, I know how mad you got at me about what happened yesterday" Valley responds. "Okay I'm sorry for accusing you" Darren responds to her.

Calum contemplates whether he should tell his friends about the message or not. If he tells them they'll probably keep him under house arrest or something for the day and he most definitely doesn't want that to happen. He wants to find out who the person who wrote the message is. He doesn't care if this person is dangerous, not going there will make the person who wrote the message think that he's a scaredy-cat. He wants to show them he's brave and that he's not terrified of them. But at the same time Calum feels like he should tell his friends. He doesn't want to have to make up a lie if anything terrible happens to him. Maybe he could find a way to make it work both ways.

Calum walks downstairs to the bathroom and brushes his teeth and all. He then goes to his living room. All of his friends happen to be up before him. "Good morning everyone!" he greets them. "Good morning!" They greet him back in unison. "Can I tell you all something after breakfast?" He asks them. "Sure" Ashton replies. Calum goes to the kitchen and makes himself some toast with the first spread he finds which happens to be peanut butter. He then makes himself some coffee; well not exactly make it himself he has a coffee machine so all he did was put a cup under the machine and touch a few buttons. After Calum's done with breakfast he goes back to the living room.

"So what I want to say is..." Calum tells them pausing before saying the interesting part. "What is it?" Michael
asks impatiently. "Patience Mikey I'm trying to think of the perfect way to phrase it" Calum replies. "Just spit it out already!" Luke shouts getting impatient as well. "Okay, okay calm down... so... last night before I fell asleep while closing my curtains I noticed a message on my window which just happened to be written in blood" Calum replied. "What?!" Ashton asks surprised. "There was a message written with blood on my window" Calum repeats himself. "What did it say?" Michael questions. Calum just pulls out his phone and moves in front of them he then goes to his gallery and clicks the picture of the message he took last night and shows it to them. The room goes quiet after that.

"Darren sent that?" Michael suddenly questions breaking the silence in the room. "No he didn't apparently" Calum answers. "How do you know?" Ashton asks. "He told me he didn't, plus, he doesn't want me to see the person who sent it" Calum replies. "Oh okay" Ashton responds. "I bet Calum's gonna go and see the person no matter what anyone tells him" Luke says. Calum just keeps quiet and smiles a mischievous smile to himself.

"I'm right, right?" Luke asks. "Maybe" Calum replies still making the same facical expression as before. "By your facial expression I'm gonna guess that's a definite yes" Michael responds. "This is too dangerous Cal you're not going" Ashton tells him. "I don't care, I'm still gonna go you can't make me change my mind" Calum replies. "I swear you become stupider and stupider each day" Ashton responds. Calum rolls his eyes at him.

Evening comes soon enough. Calum gets ready to go out. He takes the knife that he had taken with him when he met with Valley. I mean he needs something for self defence, doesn't he?

Calum goes downstairs to find the door locked with a different lock. "Ash please unlock the damn door" Calum pleads. "No sorry Cal" Ashton replies. "Why not?" Calum asks. "I can't let you meet that person" Ashton replies. "Ash I'm over eighteen I can make my own decisions please just unlock the door" Calum responds. "Fine, just try not to get yourself killed, I don't want to lose you" Ashton finally gives in. "I'll be safe" Calum responds. Ashton gets the keys from wherever he had kept them and unlocks the door. "I'll see you later" Calum says. "See you later" Ashton replies. Calum then leaves the house.

Calum walks to the nightclub on his way there it begins to rain. He's lucky to have worn a jacket with a hood. He pulls his hood over his head. When he reaches the nightclub he's soaking wet. He walks towards the bar. Leo is working his shift tonight. "Hey Leo" Calum greets him. "Hi Calum, the usual?" Leo greets and asks him about his order. "Yeah the usual" Calum replies. "Sure thing" Leo responds pouring Calum his drink. Leo passes the drink he just poured to Calum.

"Calum Hood?" A man sits next to Calum and asks whether he's Calum. "That's me" Calum replies to the person. "Can we talk?" He asks. "Sure, just finish ordering and then we'll talk" Calum replies to him. The man orders his drink. He then goes towards a booth and signals for Calum to follow him. Calum takes a little while to think before he follows the man.

"Who are you?" Calum asks the man taking a seat opposite him. "I'm Cade" he says. "How do you know who I am?" Calum asks the man he now knows as Cade. "My brother has some kind of strange obsession with you" Cade replies. Calum gives him a confused look. "Oh, I forgot to mention it, I'm Darren's elder brother by the way" Cade tells Calum. Calum looks at him weirdly. "He never told you about me?" Cade asks. Calum shakes his head. "Oh, you're his friend right?" Cade asks. "No I'm not, he just happened to somehow get in my head and he annoys the crap out of me" Calum replies. "Oh I see you're his Valley replacement" Cade says. "Huh?" Calum mutters. "Nevermind" Cade replies.

"Do you think my little brother can hear our conversation?" Cade asks Calum. "Yeah I do actually" he replies. "Dare, if you hear this meet me here soon or this toy you're playing with becomes mine" Cade threatens. "What the fuck did you just call me?" Calum asks annoyed. "A toy" Cade replies. Calum rolls his eyes at him.

"I see you're with Cadie" Darren says to Calum through his thoughts. "Yep he's more of a dick than you are" Calum replies. "Who are you talking to?" Cade asks. "Your younger brother" Calum replies. "Darren?" He asks. "Who else?" Calum replies with a question back. "I don't know" Cade answers. "Tell Cade that if he touches you I'll murder him" Darren tells Calum to pass the message to Cade. "Darren told me to tell you that if you touch me he'll murder you" Calum informs Cade about Darren's message.

"We'll just have to see about that won't we Dare" Cade replies. "I can play with puppy boy too, you know?" He adds. "Puppy boy?" Calum questions the pet name. "Yeah you look like a puppy" Cade answers. "Darren says that too" Calum replies. "Stay away from him Calum!" Darren shouts to Calum. Calum tries to leave the booth but Cade pulls him back. "We're not done here Hoodie" he replies. "No, we are" Calum says getting up to leave again. "We're only done when I say we are" Cade says pulling Calum back to the booth and sits near him so he can't leave.

"He won't allow me to leave" Calum says to Darren. "He's gonna have to" Darren replies. Calum takes his phone out of his pocket to text his friends but Cade snatches it from him. "Hey! Give it back" Calum says to him. "Sorry no can do pup" he replies. Cade stares at Calum's neck. "Oh so you've already been bitten by two vampires, wouldn't hurt much to be bitten by one more right?" Cade says.

"Let me go!" Calum shouts. "Not yet Hoodie you're coming with me until my brother meets me" he tells him as he drags him out of the nightclub. "Where the hell are you taking me?" Calum asks annoyed. "Somewhere away from the public" Cade replies. "Were you the person who wrote the message in blood on my window?" Calum asks. "Yes it was me" Cade replies. "How did you know where I lived and which room was mine?" Calum questions. "The same way Darren knew" Cade replies. "Okay" Calum responds.

"So you're using me as bait to get Darren to meet with you?" Calum asks. "Well I guess you can say that" Cade says. "You should know that your brother doesn't want me seeing him for some reason" Calum replies. "Hmm okay" he replies. Cade then goes into his vampire form and bites his wrist and shoves it in Calum's mouth. Calum tries pushing it away but it's no use. Then Cade pulls his wrist away. "Please don't turn me" Calum begs. "I might or I might not depending on how long it my brother takes to show up" Cade replies and digs his fangs into Calum's neck.
