HAWAK nya sa kanang kamay ang cellphone habang kausap ang pinsang si Ellen, samantalang sa kaliwang kamay naman nya ay ang isang basong whisky. Patuloy parin ang luha nya sa pag agos habang natatarantang nagsasalita sa kabilang linya si Ellen.
“Just calm down insan, okay. I'll go there tomorrow. Please, be safe. ” Ellen loves her more than her sister. She's always there for me when I'm needing someone to hold on to.
“I'm fine Ellen. You know that I can handle this, I just need some time to refresh my mind.” tsaka sya nagpaalam dito.
My mouth says I'm okay. But my eyes lied. I can't lie because of my falling tears. They're the proof of my unrevealed feelings.
I crave loneliness, because it's the most familiar feeling I know. Yes I smile. Pero minsan, subukan nyong titigan ako sa mata, para makita nyo ang sakit at lungkot na araw araw kung dinadala.
She let her tears pours like a rain. This is the best places where I can cry without someone hearing me because of the loud music.
“Why did you left me in Claveria, Yael? ” dahil sa alak ay naririnig na nya ang boses ni Rix.
Pero ang akala nyang ilusyon lang ay naging totoo ng may umagaw sa baso nya. To her surprise, it's Rix who sharply stared at me. I half open my mouth in shock. I even called his name without a sound. I was stunned.
“Bakit di mo sinabing aalis ka? Dahil ba to sa kasalanan ng ama mo? huh? ”sunod sunod na tanong nito sa kanya. He's accusing me! And it hurt me.
“Seriously Rix? I don't even know about my father's case. They just called me to bill out for my father, tapos ito ang iaakusa mo sa akin? Huh! ”naiiling na sagot nya rito. She even chuckle because the mix emotions she felt right now.
All I want is to hug him. I miss him for godsake! Tapos eto? Sa inis nya ay inagaw nya rito ang basong hawak neto at saka diritsong nilagok ang laman.
“That's enough Yael!” maawtoridad na saad nito pero di nya ito pinakinggan at kinuha Pa ang isang shot.
“Ano ba! Will you please leave me alone!”sigaw nya rito ng inagaw na naman nito ang basong hawak nya. Maluha luha nya itong tinitigan sa mata, and her heart keep on breaking just by looking at him.
“Please, Rix, just leave me alone. Don't come near me. Please.. . .please, I don't want to get involved with you again. .”this time, she cried again. In front of Rix, in front of the man I am in loved with.
I can't explain what I am feeling right now. I'm afraid he might leave me for real, even if that's what she want. Just thinking of being away to him again, gave me a goosebumps of pain.
I cry hard in front of him. I cried more when he grabbed my hand, pulled me closer to him and kissed me.
In just a swift move, his lips landed on mine. I unconsciously close my teary eyes and let him kiss me like our first kissed.
Sinasabayan ko ang galaw ng labi nya sakin. Hinahayaan ang sariling tangayin ng mga halik neto. Ramdam na ramdam ko ang lakas ng kabog ng dibdib ko.
He kissed me more, intently, full of lust and desire.
Just tasting his lips made me fall in love with him even more.
“I miss you” she unintentionally uttered in the middle of their kisses.
