I'm talking to myself and being ridiculous, is this normal?

And I'm doing it again.

Whatever it's normal. For me.

I went and change into another outfit just because,

I can.

I searched through my closet more than a dozen times until I finally found the perfect outfit for tonight.

I don't even know why I'm dressing up.

I leave my penthouse and head to the hotel next to the condominium I'm living in.

My restaurant is in that hotel by the way.

I open the door to my restaurant and smile at the people who looks my way.

I walk into the VIP room for the event that's happening in about 2 hours to check on the preparations.

"Hey guys how are the preparations going?" I ask everyone in the room.

"Going great, captain!" Blake says, who is standing on a ladder trying to hang up some decos.

I chuckle.

"What can I help with?" I say.

"Not much here, but you can help in the kitchen, I guess. I don't think the chef started making the cake yet." Laura says.

"Got it. Goodluck guys!" I say and head for the kitchen.

"Hey chefs. Where is the cake?" I ask.

One of the chefs, Mr. Yong, widens his eyes and look around frantically.

"Where's the cake?! Oh no!" He exclaims frustratedly and started blurting out Chinese words.

"It's okay. I can handle that." I chuckle.

"Thank you. I'm so sorry miss." He says.

I tell him it's fine and it's normal then started in mixing up the batter for the cake.
