"Baby" Mekai called from the bathroom
"Yeah?" I answered
"Come here real quick."
I walked in the bathroom, leaning against the sink as he got ready.
"You sure you don't wanna come?" He asked while putting toothpaste on his brush
"That's what you called me in here for?" I smacked my lips
"Answer the question." He looked at me
"I don't wanna' come. It's best that I stay home." I said
I know myself. One look at Bridgett and I'll knock her head off her shoulders, without hurting the baby of course. Kids are off limits.
"You sure?"
"Andrews, if you ask me that one more time." I rolled my eyes with a chuckle "I have class in an hour anyway." I said before walking out the bathroom
He followed behind "Since you calling me by my last name and shit. When you tryna' become Mrs. Andrews? We haven't talked about a wedding date or nothing."
"We'll talk about it later on tonight. Let's get this out the way first." I sat on the bed, watching him as he slipped his shirt on
"Ok. Gimme' love." He bent down, kissing me
Our slow pecks turned into him trying to get between my legs.
"Kai, you gonna' be late." I giggled as he kissed on my neck
"Mmm ok" he groaned against my skin before lifting up "I love you" he grabbed his phone and keys
"I love you too."

"Good morning Professor." I walked into his class a few minutes earlier
"Kyla...Good morning." you could see the worry on his face
"Glad to see you updated grades. I was beginning to worry." I walked pass his desk with a smirk
He smiled nervously.
"Oh, and I heard there's interviews for the job I've been wanting next week." I leaned against his desk "I also heard you know the people doing the interviews...put in a good word."
"I can't-"
"What'd I tell you about that word?" I gripped his chin, digging my nails into the sides of his face "We wouldn't want the word getting out about you trying to have sex with a student, would we?"
Of course I recorded our conversations. I also took pictures of him and a few of his very experimental sex toys. I shouldn't have any more problems out of Devin Edwards.
He shook his head no
"Then put in a good word." I pushed his head away
I gave him a shoulder pat and straightened his shirt right before the bell rung.
I made my way to my seat, pulling out my pen and paper just as the rest of the students started coming in.
I'm not a bad person I swear. But he tried to threaten me into doing something, I don't take well to that. So now the roles have been reversed and we'll see how he likes being blackmailed.

"So the results will be back in about a week. We'll call you all and let you know."
"Ok." I said, standing up
I had already talked things over with the doctor, he made sure that Bridgett was nowhere near any of the labs during the test. I didn't want any mistakes or fake test.
"Can I ask you a favor?" Bridgett asked me
"...Nah." I said, about to walk off
"Please Mekai. I don't have a ride home, I just need an Uber or something."
I sighed, looking back at her "Come on."
"You don't have to drop me off. You can just-"
"I'm not wasting no money on you. Come on" I smacked my teeth
I decided to be nice, considering her being pregnant and all.

I pulled in front of her house, parking the car.
"I know you don't want this baby...but I appreciate this." She rubbed her small bump
"I don't even know if this kid is mine or not yet, so talking to me about it right now isn't necessary."
"It's yours Mekai, I wasn't with anyone else around that time. I wouldn't lie."
"Bridgett, get yo' lying ass out my car." I unlocked the doors
"I suggest you get ready to become a father. This baby is yours... then I'll be a part of your life forever" She said before getting out and closing the door
After I pulled off, I noticed she left her purse in the passenger seat
"Hey! I left my-"
I threw her purse out the window a few feet away from her house.
"Naggin' bitch." I shook my head, turning the music up and heading home.
~ Later that night

"Why you staring at me like that?" Kyla asked Mekai who was laying between her thighs
"I can't wait to make you my wife." He continued staring at her
"I can't wait to be your wife baby" she pulled his face to hers, pecking his lips
"You want a big wedding?" he asked
"You know I don't" she responded "All we need is Dom, Laura, Cam, your parents, and my mama."
"Yeah, I want the same."
"Good." she felt her eyes getting heavy
"Thank you for being you"
"No problem baby." She lightly chuckled
"You know I love you, right?" he asked
"Yeah, I love you too. To the moon and back"
