"Don't be doing that, I could've accidentally punched the shit outta you" I turned around and faced her
"Boy" she smacked her lips, wrapping her arms around my torso and puckering her lips
"I'm serious" I gave her a kiss
"I'm about to leave" she said
"Where you going? School ain't over yet" I wrapped my arms around her
"I have a migraine, I've had it all day."
"Damn baby, so I'ma be in 3rd block and lunch all alone?"
"You got Laura and Dominic at lunch" she looked up at me
"Yeah, I guess. They gone be kissing and shit the entire time" I shrugged
"I want you to go talk to the coach before today is over with. Ok?"
"I will, I promise." I sighed
"Good, can I have the key to the cabin? I don't feel like going to my house."
"Yeah" I pulled my keys out of my pocket and took the cabin key off the ring
"Thank you" she pecked my lips as she took it
"I'ma be there after school is over."
"Alright, bye babe" she began walking away
"Them hips spreading" I said loudly
"Shut up" she giggled
My baby is so damn cute.
"Mekai, can we talk?" Lena approached me
"Hell no" I closed my locker and began walking to class
"Please, it's really important"
"Lena, we don't got shit to talk about."
"How can you be so cruel to someone you used to be with?" she grabbed my arm
"I'm not being cruel to you. I got a girlfriend now, I'm being respectful of my relationship." I yanked away and continued walking
"You didn't mind talking to other girls during our relationship."
"What we had wasn't a relationship...it was more like entertainment, passing time. Ya know?" I said before going into my class
What I got with Kyla is something special, I'm not messing that shit up for nothing.
~ End of the school day
"Coach, can I talk to you for a second?" I stood outside his office
"Come in, Andrews" he looked up from his computer
I entered and sat down "First and for most, I'd like to start by apologizing for my behavior. I started getting bigheaded and putting an I in team."
"I'm listening" he nodded for me to continue
"And being on this team has showed me so much throughout my high school life. I'd be a fool to give that up by being so selfish. Can I have my spot back?"
"I don't know Andrews. I don't think you've fully learned your lesson"
I opened my mouth to say some rude shit, but it's like Kyla's voice was already scolding me for being a smart ass.
"I have, just give me a chance to prove it"
He thought about it for a few seconds "Come to practice Monday at 4, we'll see from there" he stood up and reached his hand out
"Thank you sir" I shook it "You won't regret it" then I left out
I guess taking the right path does work sometimes. I smiled to myself as I walked to my car.
Before I went to my cabin, I stopped pass Tropical Smoothie and got myself some food and a smoothie of course. I decided to see if my baby wanted something too, she didn't respond, but I got her something anyway.
"Ky" I walked in the cabin
The TV was playing loud as hell from upstairs, so I jogged up the steps. She was cuddled up in the bed with my shirt on.
"She so cute, running up my damn bill" I took the remote and turned the TV off.
"Wake up sunshine" I left small kisses all over her face
She moved around a bit before her eyes fluttered open. "Why you in my face?" she pushed me away from her
"Damn, mean ass. I was tryna wake you up romantically"
She stared at me with her eyebrows furrowed for a few seconds "What time is it?"
I checked my phone "3:47"
"I've only been sleep for 15 minutes babe" she ran her fingers through her hair
"Too bad, I spent half the day bored because you weren't at school. Spend some time with me then you can go back to sleep" I pulled the covers off of her
"You're annoying" she tossed the pillow at me

"Where is it?" Her eyes lit up
"Downstairs, fatass"
"Fuck you" she stood up and headed out the room
As I followed her down the stairs, I stared at her frame and how perfectly my shirt fit her.
"Tropical Smoothie" her voice was filled with excitement
"Thank you Meeks" she hugged me
"What I tell you about that stupid ass nickname?" I held onto her a little longer
"But I like it" she pouted
"And I don't. You either address me as Daddy, Babe, or Baby. None of that stupid shit" I gave her a smack on the ass
"Fine..." she said, pulling away from me "Meeks" she grinned, sipping her smoothie
I smacked my teeth "Keep playing with me, watch I fuck you up"
