10. Gorosaurus An Allosaur Descendant who was discovered in Paris, France in 2039. It arrived at the population after Godzilla destroy the city while the second one awaken in China underground of Operation: Great Wall during an attack of Rodans and Meganulon. The first one was killed the United Earth while the second remain unknown. The reason is that he is a few monster who is originated from a King Kong related Media for Japanese and a homage to the T.rex from the 1933 films.

9. Biollante/Zilla Relatives of Godzilla who were discovered in Normandy and France in 2039. Biollante was one of the monster to be destroy in in Operation: Eternal Light then evolved to be more reptilian and Zilla was mistaken as Godzilla as it easily kill but left it's young which were harder to fight back. She was killed by M.O.G.U.E.R.A. while Zilla was killed by the French Military. These two are very unique, Biollante was the the first plant-based monster and the first new monster in the Heisei era and Zilla being an American made monsters who was Godzilla in 1998 until Toho rename for Final Wars.
