Flashback

"Mommy!! Daddy!! I'm going to Y/N-ah's house!!" Little Jungkook yelled at the top of his tiny lungs, adjusting his yellow suspenders and putting on his equally tiny shoes at the door.

Running to kiss mommy and daddy goodbye, he bumped his forehead against the edge of the table, causing him to fall on his butt.

His small sniffles quickly became loud cries as his parents tried to calm down their four year old son. After a whole ten minutes of showering their little boy with kisses and playing peekaboo with him, they managed to help him return to his happy mood.

Before little Jungkook could leave, his older brother pointed at him and started laughing. "Why is your forehead so red? You look so stupid," Junghyun mocked. Jungkook being the child he was, replied "Stupid is a bad word!! I'm telling you on mommy!!"

His older brother continued ridiculing him, which hurt his feelings. He knew his parents couldn't do much about it because the last time this happened, they didn't see it as a big deal so, he went to the only person he knew would listen to him. That was you.

Looking both left and right before crossing the street to your house as his mommy taught him, he walked to your front door with his adorably short legs and knocked on your door.

"Y/N-ah!! It's me!! Kookie!" He yelled with a hint of sadness in his tone. The door opened, revealing you. "Kookie, what's wrong? Are you sad?" You asked him with your small and squeaky voice.

"Junghyunnie called me the S word," he whined. You were both now sitting in the garden of backyard. You gasped in disbelief.

"Don't worry Kookie I would never call you that!!" You chuckled, cupping his cheeks. "I know Y/N-ah," he smiled with his bunny teeth proudly showing.

Then the rest of the evening, Kookie told you about the new Pokemon cards he collected and you told him about the new doll you added into your collection.

When he went home, you did something which made his little heart pound for days. You kissed his cheek and ever since that day and up till second grade, he always bragged about how he already had his first kiss.

The next day, he was excited to see you again and maybe even kiss you somewhere else other than your cheek.

There he was again, at your doorstep. "Y/N-ah!! Kookie's here!!" He called for you with his small voice. He heard the door unlock then said, "Mommy bought me a new-"

"Jungkook-ah, what brings you here?" Your uncle says, kneeling down to look at the little boy at eye level.

"Hi uncle!! Where's Y/N?" He asked, excited to play pretend with her.

"I'm sorry Jungkookie, but Y/N moved abroad. She left last night."
