the walls of my heart
have collapsed
and i am caught
under a slab
dripping with
gasoline
and panic
the inferno rages-
mad and
senseless in it's destruction
the smoke
weaves through
the ruins-
careless and righteous
suffocating all that i have ever
known
my world is on fire
and yet i am freezing
