Eighteen ☾

Next room looked like a shooting range. Big targets that had wholes in them were scattered on the walls. Men with big ear phones and glasses were shooting the targets most of them doing very good.

I got to one room that caught my eye because it contained my brothers. I walked to that room watching as my brothers were fighting on big black mats laid on the floor. Max blocked a punch for Nick and Nick flipped Max at the speed of light. Whoa.

Nick helped max up and patted his back. I walked in the room looking back to see Cameron talking to the red headed girl with amazing archery skills. "Hey guys." I said. I walked to my sweaty brothers and smiled looking at how tired the are.

"Hey bup how's the whole mind picking thing going?" Nick asked pouring a bottle of water on his head. I chuckled. "Good it's pretty fun to pick at peoples minds." I said.

A loud bang grabbed my attention and I looked around trying to find out where it was coming from. I looked to my left seeing Ethan and Grayson on punching bags. The bags were all over the place due to the twins harsh punches.

I watched as Ethan's back muscles moved with each punch and I could tell when one punch was harder then another one.

After a while of watching my brothers spar it was time for us to go to the meeting in which we would meet everyone. Cameron came and got me escorting me to a big room with a huge black table and chairs surrounding it. Mr. Dolan was at the head of the table as wells as a few people in here early. Cameron told me where to sit and I waited patiently for everyone else to come.

I watched one by one people enter and take their seats as well as sending a respectful nod to Sean. Ethan walked in now in a suit and sat at the other head of the table with me to his left, and Grayson to his right. Nick sat by Grayson, and Max sat by me.

All the seats were now taken and I waited for someone to start talking.

"Alright everyone should have been informed of why this meeting was made, so I need our newest recruits to stand now." Mr. Dolan said intimidatingly. I gulped and slowly stood up being attacked by stares from almost everyone in the room.

"We have Olivia Cole, Nicholas Cole, and Maximus Cole. Their specialties are all different. Maximus specializes in combat, Nicholas specializes in warfare, and Olivia specializes in profiling. Each of them will perform the night before the rising, and I will decide if they are proficient enough." Mr. Dolan said through his accent.

I looked around and met Ethan's eyes, he gave me a comforting smile which I appreciated.

"You may sit now." Sean said. I sighed quietly of relief and sat down as well as my brothers.

"You're tiny aren't you?" The huge guy from the dummy room said with a smirk. I bit my lip not knowing how to respond. "She's got a big mind." Grayson said to the human form hulk.

Hulk looked at me, and imagined him turning green and smushing my head in between his fingers.

"Boss. Do I get the pleasure of working with this doll?" Hulk asked not taking his eyes off of me. "No." Ethan said quickly then a beautiful accent brought me out of my trance.

"Leave her alone Hank." A Irish accent said annoyed. I looked to the very talented red head with a smile. Hank huh? Hank.. Hulk. "I'm autumn but you can call me red." She said with a smile. I smiled back. I like her already. "Liv." I said.

"Now I want everyone back to their stations, Ethan I need to discuss some things with you. You all may go." Mr. Dolan said calmly as we all got up from our seats. That wasn't too bad.

Before I was able to leave my waist was held back by an arm. My eyes traveled the arm to the owner meeting Ethan gaze. "ti ho detto che sei bellissima ancora?" He asked with a certain look in his eyes.
(Translation> did I tell you that you looked beautiful yet?)

My cheeks turned red making him smirk and then I quickly walked out following closely behind Cameron.

After getting out of the office I caught up to Cameron who was walking with Red.

"Hey Liv, it's great to meet you." The pretty ginger said to me in her thick accent. I smiled. "Nice to meet you too." I said mentally throwing a part with a large banner saying 'stutter who??'

"Are you excited for the rising?" Red asked. I tilted my head showing I was confused. "The rising is Mr. Dolan's birthday as well as the younger Mr. Dolan when he will be the new mafia boss." Red explained only making me more confused. "You mean Sean isn't the mafia boss now?" I asked.

Red giggled. "No Ethan." She said. "Oh, why don't you just call him Ethan?" I asked. Her eyes went wide. "We can't call any of the Dolan's by their first names." She said sounding serious. "Really?" I asked. She nodded violently.

Cameron butted in. "Ethan lets Liv get away with a lot." Cameron said with a teasing tone as well as a smirk. Reds eyes went wide then she smiled widely and made an 'o' shape with her mouth.

"Well I think it's time to find you a dress for the rising." Red said excitedly clapping her hands. I smiled. "I'm not even apart of the team." I said. Cameron and Red looked at each other. "Please if Mr. Dolan lets you call him Ethan, honey you're apart of the team." Red said.

My eyes widened and I slowly nodded.

"Come on were gonna make you look hot." Red said pulling my arm. I thought we had to train, but I have a feeling Red doesn't follow the rules.
