I sit with my legs hanging off of the pier, the water dripping from every conceivable part of my body, shivering slightly as the wind blows every so often. I push my legs back and fourth, swinging them in a rhythmic motion, in silence, soaking in the salty air, looking out to the calm water. Luke lets out a small cough, catching my attention, flicking my head to look at him.

He doesn't speak so I just shrug it off and turn my head back to the water, the sadness overwhelming me once again, how could I possibly be okay with Luke? The boy who just left me, and I know it doesnt sound like a big deal, I just sound like a little girl, crying because she got left in the playground with no one to play with. But honestly it hit me hard, I sigh to myself, grabbing Lukes attention as again he turns his head back towards me,

"You okay?" His face suddenly looking concerned, as he shifts a little closer to me, making me shuffle a little further away, I shake my head no, and sigh again to myself, I jump up, turning away and begin to walk back to the group, Luke suddenly catches up, walking by my side,

"Well as were friends again, you can tell me right?" He almost asks, my ears pricking up at the sound of 'friend',

"Luke we're not friends again.." I look away, suddenly feeling a little awkward,

"Why?" He turns to face me, gently grabbing me by my arm stopping me from walking.

"Because Luke, you were a dick," I roll my eyes and he lets out a loud sigh, letting go of my arm as I begin walking back to the group. I take a seat next to Ashton, as Michael groans,

"I'm hungry" He moans to himself, grabbing my attention as Ashton returns his arm around my shoulder as I rest my head on his shoulder as I become a little sleepy,

"There's a few diners around, we could see if any of them are open?" I ask, as Michael shoots his head as I finish speaking towards me, nodding his head frantically, "Im not sure what the time is though, they might not be open?"

"Ten to two" Em adds in, I nod in response, making her realise I've heard her,

"I guess we could get some food, but then I really should get back home.." I trail off, Ashton pulling me into him, his warmth warming me gradually.

I open my door, throwing the keys on the side, sighing to myself as I walk into my small apartment, I dropped Em off home, and the rest of the boys went back to their hotel. I slide my phone out of my back pocket, looking at the time, seeing that its two to four, my eyelids getting heavier by the second. I shouldn't have eaten at the diner as my stomach feels like its about to explode. I shut the door behind me, flicking the light on, locking the door, and walk through the living room, kitchen area, to my bedroom, not bothering to change, just jumping into bed, and falling asleep pretty quickly.

I wake up to a few knocks at the door, the sunlight shining through the crack in the blind. I look to my phone on the night stand, my eyes widening as its quarter to three in the afternoon, a little later than I should've slept in. I sigh, throwing my sheets off my body, walking to my front door, wiping my eyes, my eyeliner rubbing off on my hands as I do.

I swing open the door, Em standing on the other side, "Oh my Em, what are you doing?" I groan, my voice coming out incredibly hoarse, Em pushes past me, a smile spread across her face,

"I wanted to talk about last night!" She says a little too loudly, rubbing my temples with the pads of my fingers. I push the door shut, walking into my kitchen as Em sits on the grey sofa, crossing her legs, as I look at her over the kitchen island, grabbing a mug from the cabinet.

"What about it?" I ask, spooning a couple of spoons of coffee in the cup, making a coffee, adding milk to finish, instantly making my mood perk up.
