Terra rising

I ignore the volleyball game behind me with a book in my hands. Sometimes reading helps me more than meditation does. It does the same thing: it blocks out the rest of the world. Unfortunately, Terra doesn't seem to fit in the 'rest of the world' category.

"It's nice to have you back on the team." I say looking up from my book momentarily. But I guess my book will have to wait for now. As Terra ran in between Robin and I , I let out a gasp. Slade. Why had I seen Slade when she touched me?

"Are you ok?"

"Hmm? O-oh yeah. She just surprised me."

Time skip:
Two children of Azerath and an Terra digging a hole? Yeah...this'll end well.
The second we got the coordinates we were off, desperate to prove.

"Is that as fast as you can go?"

"Not even close!"

"We're just warning up!" In minutes, we had reached our destination. After Slade kicked Robin away from the computer, I start from where he left off, but to no avail. The computer was smashed before I could finish. Terra focused her powers on the sinking island and Raven and I followed suit. This can be the start of something beautiful...or something absolutely chaotic.
