“I can’t deal with this anymore, Chris!” I spew out, desperately trying to hold my tears in.
“Wait wait wait, what do you mean? I don’t understand!” Chris panics, grasping onto my arms. I shove him away from me, the lump in my throat growing as my pain bubbles up inside me.
“I’m done Chris.” I whisper hesitantly, walking off the edge as Chris’ desperate pleas echo in my brain.
