There's this person that I like, and I might even love.

I refer this person as Bear just to protect the identity of this person.

Bear and I have been good friends for quite some time now.

Bear knows everything about me and cares for me.

Bear gives me courage when I'm vulnerable and advice when I ask for it.

Bear is capable of making me laugh and forget about all my worries.

In short, Bear could really be the one for me and the person I've been waiting for.

I'm afraid that Bear likes someone however and the fear I have is something I've been trying to hide.

I'm afraid that all Bear sees from me is friendly gestures and company.

I'm afraid that if Bear knows that I like her/him then our friendship will never be the same.

The days just keeps going on and I just keep dragging myself on from loving Bear.

I can't ever tell anyone about how I feel. It will hurt me too much.
