the next day, seokjin continued his part-time work in the convenient store at night. he couldn't denied that his quite waiting for the girl to come again. he waited and waited until the clock struck 12 and the bell rings.

the sight is a pleasure to him. the same girl as yesterday entered the shop with same style. but today it's not pink polkadot pjs. tonight, she's wearing a blue stripes pajamas. he laughed silently.

"heyy, missed me already boo?" the girl greet him with and chuckled. being the introvert guy he is, seokjin smiled timidly and rubbed his nape as he watched her took a carton of chocolate milk and bring it to the counter.

"today i'm sooo bored, so why not we have a chit chat, eyy?" the girl bring her face closer to seokjin and cocked her eyebrows a few time.

"y-yeahh, sure" seokjin was quite amused with her sudden action but he managed to act cool. he also didn't mind to have a talk with her. well, there's no customer at this time so why not?

to chill the awkward atmosphere, he took two ramen cups and turned to her.

"i'm paying for the ramen today, but the next time, it's on you, okay?" the girl smiled brightly and nodded aggressively "of couursee! i can buy anything to have a talk with a pretty boy like you!"

"uhh whatever" to hide his embarrassment, seokjin turned facing the hot water dispenser and fill up the cup. then, he took both of it to the table where the girl is sitting.

"before you start all your nonsense again, it's good if i ask your name first, right?" seokjin started the conversation after waiting a few minutes. he sees that the girl really engrossed in eating the ramen until she forget his existence.

"oh ops, sorry. yeaa i haven't introduced myself yet" she grinned cheekily and continued. "i'm chaesoo, kang chaesoo. how bout you, hottie?" she smirked while putting her hand on the table and her face on her hand and directly facing him.

"uhh, stop with all of your cringey act. i'm not falling into it" seokjin pushed chaesoo face away. "and my name is kim seokjin, but jin is better"

"we both know you like it" sly smirk appeared on her face again

"and jin, what a nice name! but my name is prettier" chaesoo continued while flipping her raven hair.

"yeah yeah whatever" seokjin rolled his eyes playfully.

"you live here?" he turned to the girl and started to eat his already cold ramen.

"yeah, i live in the apartment on level 21. do you live here too?"

"yep, and i'm on level 18. but, i've never seen you before though?"

"because i just moved here, dummy. plus, i worked office hours. out early in the morning and back late in the night" chaesoo smiled softly. seokjin was estatic for awhile seeing her smile.

she always have that smirked plastered all over her face but seeing her smile? maybe it's the most beautiful thing he'd ever seen.

"yah! it getting late. i better get going now!" the girl quickly snapped seokjin out of his daze and took the finished ramen and put it in the dustbin. she turned to seokjin and took his hand.

"thank you sooo much for the treat and chat. i love it. i hope i can hangout with you again!" she smiled cheekily and shake the boy's hand aggressively.

"wow wow, enough miss. and hanging out again with you sounds fun" seokjin let go off her hand and chuckled lightly.

"byee handsooomee!" the girl waved from afar while she runs to the elevator.

"what a cutie" seokjin muttered and smiled warmly.

"uh shit i forgot to ask her" he slapped himself on the forehead.

"why does she wears full pajamas even when going to a store?" he took his seat on the counter.

"hmm, maybe next time?" he shrugged and brush it off.
