I LOVE ALBUM SO MUCH OH MY G O D. Infinity literally has it all. You've got stellar work from everyone all across the board. It's poetic and majestic and every single song is a treat to the ears. Favorite FOB record, hands-down. Sorry Folie.

A thing to be noted is my younger brother is literally five days younger than this album so that's how I remember his birthday lmao
Favorite Track: oh my GOD this is hard. It changes a lot too, how can you just have one favorite with an album this fantastic?? But I digress (😉). I'm gonna have to go with You're Crashing, But You're No Wave. Like I said, I'm an absolute rat for songs that tell stories, and this song captures perfectly tragic and corrupt courtroom and the killing of this person who's eventually found guilty. Fun Fact, this song taught me what a hung jury was in court. If I ever apply for law school (unlikely but whatever) I'll cite this as experience. Plus Patrick's RANGE. GOOD LORD. THAT'S A LOW D HE DOES IN THE BEGINNING OF THE VERSE AND THEN GOES INTO THE HIGH S MAN. Also it's unfair how this song is NEVER talked about.

Gonna be honest here: I've only listened to this album once, when it came out. Hate is a strong word, but I truly do despise this album with all of my being. I felt like the whole thing was incredibly lazy, in-noteworthy and even just bad at some points. Like "I Was A Teenage Teenager." Like................what other kind of teenager are you supposed to be man. Now, if you do happen to like FOAMF, that's perfectly fine with me, you do you boo. It's just not for me at all.
Favorite Track: do I really have to?? Fine. Father Of All... I would say Oh Yeah, but like half of that song was taken from a Joan Jett sample so.

I might not like all his work (like my FOAMF review up there lmao), but I generally like the person that he is and when I enjoy something from him, I REALLY ENJOY IT. He's overcome a lot in his life and honestly he's such a huge inspiration for me. I think Green Day's shaped me creatively and characteristically than any other band ever. I love you man.
