Chapter 2

krystal's POV

well now that's an unpleasant surprise. okay so this is awkward and me being me decided to not show any fear or shock from the information i had just received.            

" well that's no surprise there. i heard  that "the boss" is a total asshole and you just confirmed it plus just because you're the CEO that doesn't give you the right to go about calling people whores"

I know I shouldn't have said the asshole part but I mean can you blame me he is an asshole so I just pointed it out although it could cost me my job but hey I was angry and that's literally the only justification I have  if my aunt should ask how I lost my job on the second day and I really need this job plus I don't want to  disappoint my aunt. I was brought out of my reverie when  Mr CEO  called me

"Krystal, are you even listening to me?" He asked and I shook my head in response no.

" I said hmm.... I umm... I" he kept stuttering
"You what? " I asked
"I apologise for my behaviour " to say I was shocked was an understatement
"Its Okay Mr. knights, but uhm why did you kiss me?" I asked and he smirked
" I wanted to shut you up  and you didn't seem to mind" I blushed at his statement but tried to cover it up with a glare which was futile because he still had that annoying smirk on his stupid face.
I rolled my eyes and excused myself,

Two weeks later.

Turns out my boss is indeed a big fat jerk, I mean who prepares for an event within two days, two freaking days. I feel like strangling him.

It's been two weeks since our unpleasant encounter  and we've still not been on the best of terms and that's just putting it mildly and I honestly surprised that I haven't been fired yet and I am grateful for that but that doesn't mean he has two be a jerk and practically force me to plan en engagement party within two days and who's the fiancee, isn't she supposed to be here you know assisting or atleast giving me an idea of what she would like. This is so frustrating.
Well luckily for me I was able to pull it off 'ha in your face Mr knights'

It was the day of a party and If I do say so myself I did a fabulous job given the amount of time I had.
Upon my arrival I was greeted by a very distressed Mr knights.

"Ms. Moore, I have a favour to ask of you." He said almost out of breath

"What might that be Mr knights?" I questioned

"You have to agree with everything that I say " he said more like demanded

"Why should I do that? "

"Please just do it I will explain everything later " he pleaded  and I just nodded in response
