MARCH 10, 1983 Aberdeen, WA

"MOM, can you and dad make those pancakes?" a thirteen year old brunette girl smiled.

"The ones with the chocolate chips?" Her blonde mother with green eyes smiled.

"Yeah yeah!" Emiliea smiled.

"Anything for you mush." Her father spoke.

Emma and Danny had a perfect life. On sunny days they would go Hazelhead Park and slide on the tallest slide at the same time. When it rained, which was a lot in Aberdeen, they would splash around in puddles till their mother called for dinner.

They truly were happy.

It was until a foggy night in their small town when It went down hill.

"Karen we aren't going through this shit again!" Mr.Piper yelled.

"You're always working John! What am I supposed to do?" Karen yelled.

"Mom..Dad." Emma walked in the feuding parents bedroom.

"Emiliea." Mr.Piper crouched down as Emma sat on the floor.

"I'm going to be gone for a while, not forever but just a day." He explained to his smiling daughter.

"Okay dad!" She smiled giving him a hug.

"I love you sweetheart." He gave her a soft hug.

"I love you too dad." She smiled.

Not at all did she know, this would be her last time saying so.

A/N: This is chapter one! This is basically a epilogue to Emiliea (and Danny's) life. Sorry this one was short. I'm so excited to start this story and see where it goes!
