I'm happy to say that this is my first story I've published on Wattpad. I'm very excited to see how this turns out. If you do comment, please only leave me constructive criticism, sweet compliments, and suggestions. I do want to know how to improve my writing, but please don't be mean, the world is a hard enough place as it is, let's not make it any worse :).
I am a huge fan of the famous musical, West Side Story and that is what inspired me to write this story. No, this story is not fan fiction, but it does take a lot of themes from West Side Story. I was also inspired by my favorite book, The Outsiders, by S. E. Hinton.
You may be wondering about the title. For clarification, I have provided the definition below:
