OK guys, here's what's going to happen.
Their actual meeting will be delayed for the chapter after this one.
The way I'm thinking it should go is this;
While Luna is the graveyard watching the trio's interaction, Sebastian will sense her but won't be able to tell what she is. Luna realizing she's been spotted leaves the scene and begins to wonder London while making her presence subtly known to the supernaturals through the children.
That's what came to mind. I believe it's best if their meeting is delayed a bit because it'll be too rushed if they meet now and too late if they meet after two or so chapters.
