Rebecca's pov:

Those two boys stood right in front of me on the other side of the road holding two baseball bats anger shining in their eyes I gasped I need to save my baby they are after me I panicked "mama why did we stop?" Jeremy asked I squeezed his hand and contained myself "honey why don't you sit inside for a moment?" I said my voice coming out shakingly

"But why??I wanna go home " he wined "do as your said " i replied him grinding my teeth I blinked at those boys who were now approaching me slowly step by step jeremy had gone inside but unfortunately I couldn't run I was in heels even I ran they would run after jeremy I quickly opened my purse and looked inside for my phone ,which was lost with all the unnecessary stuff inside my purse which I always stuff inside

Damn i really should buy pepper spray I looked up their plain yet angry faces were replaced by satisfactory grins which said 'we have you now' i had tears in my eyes I was shaking with fear I had to save my baby jeremy no matter what happens even if I die he would end up in the orphanage

God knows how are they gonna treat  him there i would never let anything happen to my baby not even a single scar they were approaching me tapping their bats on their palms i gulped and held one of the handle of my purse and made a fist i pointed my empty fist and the other fist with my purse on their way like a boxer now they were right infront of me they have crossed the road and was now standing exactly infront of me face to face

"This is what you get for messing up with us you bloody bitch!!" He shouted raising his bat in the air i guess it was the boy whose collar i have held before i screamed as a reflex i ducked grabbing my head in my hands but luckily i didnt get hit i squeezed my eyes shut while tears poured down with pain wait did i just said  i didnt get hit? "I knew you would be after her" came bold voice

Hey i heard that voice somewhere but the question is where? I slowly raised my head and looked at a huge man only his bald head was seen followed by his back "this is the police your under arrest boys" he said i got up to look who he was "officer take them away" he ordered his friends who were in uniforms it was unusual cause he was dressed casually the officers toke them out of my sight i sighed in relief he turned and smiled to me "you okay?" All i could do was nod my brain was not functioning as usual he does that like all.....the time

Finally the tiny fused bulb switched on inside my head and it hit me that this guy was the same man who saved me in the cafe who was on my side "good actually dont get me wrong i am an undercover cop " he said feeling proud "oh....uh... thanks i mean i dont know how to thankyou officer" i said "thats our job miss actually we have started 'save the she' program and most of the cops go undercover and save girls from eve teasing,saving them from getting kidnapped and getting raped...." he kept going on while my mind got lost in thoughts what if they planned on hitting my head and making me unconscious and kidnapped me and asked xavier for a huge amount "and so this is our number if you find them near you give us a call" he said and i came back to reality

I nodded while blinking and he walked away i looked at the card and wondered what could have happened if god didnt send him? When i heard a horn i looked up and xavier came out of his car and grabbed my hand in a really harsh way hurting me "please let me go its hurting" i said as tears formed in my eyes from pain

"You deserve more pain you bloody slut" he spat in anger his eyes red and nose flaring "what... do you mean?" I asked "you know exactly what i mean we are getting married but you cant change your slutness right?thats why he gave his number so you can pleae him tonight right?"what have i gotten myself into ?....
