REBECCA'S POV :
I felt the ground slipped beneath me i gulped nervously my body felt heavy my shoulders felt like there was tons of weight on them my head hurt at the same time my head started spinning

Get yourself together rebecca mr and mrs enrique needs you he needs this job to pay the bills of his father chemo

"No im not his girlfriend please you misunderstanding this please dont fire him" i pleaded infront of him i could feel my fever getting back to me like
'Oh babe i missed you' in a sultry voice i shook my head to clear my dirty mind

"If your not his girlfriend i bet your his mistress" he arched his eyebrow and a making a challenging face to me

Did he just? Oh yes dumbhead he called you a mistress ....

"SHUT UP YOU SON OF A BI...." i was in the middle of snapping back at him but he had to butt in between

"WHAT DID YOU JUST CALL ME ?!!" He asked me literallly yelling at me

"You son of a big officed and respectfull filfy rich and honored man" i rolling my eyes and blinking and moving my hand into circles coming up with things .....

"And im not his mistress ok he is my sons bestfriend father and we are family friends we had this sports day where i met his wife he asked me to give him his lunch since he totally forgot it at home so i came here not more than that please dont fire him he has so many responsibilites his dad is suffering from cancer please dont you have a heart please for the sake of humanity" i half yelled at him

"You dont order me you whore" he snapped at me
What the hell is wrong with him is he on his periods or something?
"Dont you dare call me a whore you ass...." i looked at him in anger in my beforw i could finished he slammed his hands on his table and the table experienced an earth quake
"What did you just tell me?" I shouted at me

"As handsome as a greek god" i said innocently looking at him in his eyes

He stared at me and went somewhere around the side of the room i sighes in relief there was a knock on the door and i opened it

"Hello mr dawson" i greeted him cheerfully "hello rebecca what are you doing here?" He asked i had this nervous face plastered on as if he was scared of something but what?
Hes about to get fired thats why stupid

Oh yeah i mentally slapped myself

"Rebecca what brings you here?" He asked me once again pulling me from my thoughts "uh ...um i brought you lunch since you forgot it at home mrs dawson met me at the school were kids had their sports day soo here "

I handed him his lunch he hugged me "thankyou...." before he could finish "what the hell rebecca your burning with fever you must see a doc this instance" he said me "oh no im absolutely fine mr dawson please dont worry" i tried to convience him

"No no look at you your so malnourshed sophia told me that jeremy always complained to her that you skip your meals " he said with care in his eyes "no i dont" i was trying to so hard to defend myself but i failed

"Please look after yourself you dont have anyone".... i looked at my shoes as if it was the most attractive thing

"I DIDNT CALL YOU TO GOSSIP MR ENRIQUE" mr xavier said with an commanding aura in his voice i looked over mr dawson he gulped nervously ...

"Sorry s... s... sir i .. uumm.. u called me" he was literally shaking "yes indeed i was thinking of firing you " he said with a smirk on his face

To hell with this man

I rolled my eyes asshole "why sir please i have a family" mr dawson pleaded with tears in his eyes i felt so helpless if only i could help you i felt so sorry for him i mean he is pleading to a man who doesnt even care about anything hes a heartless cold effing jerk

"Um.. lets see you what i changed my plans you arent getting fired SO STOP WITH YOUR DRAMA!!" He said and i flinched at his high pitched voice "this lady over here said me not to thank her and get out and get this months full report on sales and production "
He said his eyes not leaving mine i looked sideways to ignore him

"Yes sir" with that mr dawson took a leave and i was left alone with 'mr sinister' "ca ... can i .. un can i leave sir?" I asked him stammering at first he enterwined his fingers and examined me from head to toe and said "fine get out and never show your face again"

I happily exited his cabin and his building phew ! I went to mrs dawsons house where she thanked me like a millionth time for giving mr dawson his lunch and when it was time for my next shift i quickly went home  and gave a little touch up and changed my clothes and i was off to mr marlows .... it has been a pretty tiring day with those customers walking in and out some decent some pervs

When my shift got over me and jeremy came home as i inserted my key in the keyhole " and then in the end when there were only 1 chair and i mandy looked at each other and when the music stopped i said hey look whats there and she turned and i sat down" jeremy kept on blabbering and laughing i smiled at him

I tucked jeremy in bed and went downstairs to have a look over the bills i sighed water bill, rent,school fees,light bill oh my to much i read the note from jeremys school about the rise of fees shit .... how am i gonna pay for it i rubbed my temples and went to bed

The next day

I woke up early with sweet song of birds soothing my soul i got and sat on my bed how can i pay the bills ? I shook my head hoping god would make a way i got up and stood infront of the window i saw a mama bird a papa bird and a baby bird singing together i smiled and went to the bathroom as i and jeremy were done bathing we ate breakfast

As soon as i reached mr barneys office i tied my hair into a bun and took a head start to serving coffee after serving almost 100 coffees i went to mr barneys office i knocked on the door "come in" was the response i opened the door and went in

"Good morning mr barney heres your coffee and heres your biscuits and that too sugarfree" i smiled at him he got up from his seat and hugged me "oh my rebecca its been ages since i have seen you" he said with fatherly affection in his eyes

I chuckled "its been 2 days mr barney" i said "how are you abd hows jeremy?" He asked sipping his coffee " fine sir" i said smiling some more

Shall i ask him for some money?

Not now later with that i left his office i was busy cleaning the canteen when my phone rang 'who could it be?' I saw zaras name flash on my screen i smiled "hey gurl ssup?" I asked her

"Oh im fine gurl how are you?" She asked "same hey dont you have a job to do i mean you called me in your office hours" i asked her somethings fishy and i can sense it

"Oh actually are you free this sunday?" She asked in a serious tone "yeah why" i asked her "is everthing alright?" I inspected "oh yes actually the thing is my boss saw your dance in his party and he wants you to teach him some dance because his sisters wedding is nearing dont worry you'll be paid for it" she said

I will get paid thats it thanks god "umm... ok" i said and hung up that dance class is gonna be so awkward i said to myself
