Heyoooooooooo
Enjoy~
(Y/n)'s POV
"Were you guys going to record?" I asked, pointing at the camera set up in the living room.
"Yeah, Phil has some outfits from viewers to try on," Dan said. (Doesn't go with timeline shshshSh) I raised an eyebrow.
"Why are you letting a bunch of strangers on the internet dress you?" I asked, eating the last potato wedge.
"Why not?" I shrugged and sipped my juice. I hadn't been in a video except that one with Dan which he had deleted after I left.
"You can stay and help me make fun of him," Dan said and Phil gave him a glare.
"I don't really want to be in the video or anything, but I can help," I said, picking up the boxes. I was feeling much better with food and coffee in my stomach, and having talked with Dan and Phil.
"Oh, trust me, you're going to want to be here for this," he said, and I nodded going to put the boxes in the recycling. Dan went to go get the outfits and Phil set the camera to record. I was taking the time to fold and flatten the boxes so they'd fit. "What are you doing in there?" Dan shouted to me.
"Your mum!" I called back and he let out an odd 'gahoy' and weird gulping noises. "Weirdo." I mumbled as I walked in and he smiled at me. I took a seat out of the view of the camera, and Phil started out with his intro.
"Well, now you're going to wear ripped black skinny jeans, break out the thigh for the lads," Dan said, throwing the clothes at Phil.
He reviewed a few outfits, but my favorite, the cheese costume was brought out.
"Hand that to me?" Dan asked and I handed over the yellow costume in the bag, and he thanked me. "Here, this cheese costume."
As soon as Phil walked I let out the biggest laugh and didn't stop laughing. Dan joined in with me and Phil pouted.
"Oh my god, that's the best thing I've ever seen you wear!" I said, wiping the tears from my eyes, my face red and my breath shallow.
"Clearly not, this is the worst!" He said and I snorted, covering my mouth so they could get some footage.
When we were done, they let me put on the bird wing type sweater to which I had a lot of fun. I ironically dabbed, letting the tassels whip me in the face to which Dan laughed.
"I feel like a majestic bird," I chuckled, flapping my arms.
"Fly fly away with that dab please," Dan asked and I stuck my tongue out, going to change back. I picked up a few things left astray on the floor and Phil finally dismantled the camera and stand. He went to connect it to his laptop so he could let it transfer and edit and Dan and I sat on the couch.
"Isn't it weird we used to go to high school together?" I asked.
"No?"
"I mean just like-- it's way different now."
"Of you mean I'm less of an angsty 2012 emo and got rid of my shitty hair, then yeah." I smiled.
"I don't know, I just thought it was really nice to be around you guys, felt normal," I said. He nodded and we sat in silence. "I feel like I should still apologize for leaving so suddenly."
"No, I was a dick, you don't have to be sorry," he said and I nodded.
"So, I saw you took down that video," I said.
"What?"
"You know the one we filmed in high school right after Hello Internet," I reiterated and he sighed.
"Yeah, angsty me took that down so fast. I remember the few viewers I had were all weird about it," he explained, and I nodded. I remember crying on the plane ride there.
"Those were a weird few years of my life, college," I state as Phil came back.
"Oh?" Dan asked.
"Yeah, I met this girl named Emma there, and she was super nice, but everyone loves lord like they wanted to murder me."
"How so?"
"Well, being the only British person in your level is kind of weird, I was like that weird exchange student," I said and Dan laughed. "Not to mention this guy there insisted on everyone calling him Gary, but his real name was Steven. It was really strange."
"Gary?"
"Yeah. And there was this guy Jake who gave me such high anxiety. I never figured out why though," I added and Dan rolled his eyes. "I think I'm going to head out for tonight."
"You don't want to stay? It's midnight," Dan said.
"You can't go out," Phil said and I opened my mouth to protest, but he gave me a motherly look.
"Yeah okay."
"We can watch a movie, sound fun?" He asked and I nodded, settling into the couch further. Dan put on a movie and Phil edited in the dark beside us. I draped a blanket over both of us and ended up falling asleep.
