A Full breach of all containment units occurred at Site [REDACTED] and numerous SCPs attempted to escape. Most attempts were successful. SCP-5875 was incapacitated during separate altercations with SCP-096, SCP-049, SCP-106, SCP-939, SCP-682, and SCP-035 while trying to help researchers and other staff evacuate the facility. No further contact could be established. SCP-5875 was deemed KIA.
Doctor [REDACTED], after being revealed to be in a romantic relationship with SCP-5875, was presented Foundation Star in his honor.
