When Josie spots one of the cutest guys she's ever laid eyes on she immediately wants him to notice her. The only problem is that she's reserved when it comes to new people. But since it's the day after New Year's Eve, she quickly makes it a resolution - she will talk with him before the year ends. It takes her 364 days to follow through with the promise but she's overwhelmed with excitement once she does, because it appears he's had his eyes on her too.
