I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE HERE TO DISCUSS. I just knew it would be a good thing, and if we said the wrong thing, a fight would erupt.
"Welcome, Jane," Carlisle greeted. Jane nodded. "It appears the child has gone." Jane said. "Pity."
"Just get on with the reason you're here." Edward growled. "Aro has sent us to ask about her." Jane pointed towards me. "She wasn't supposed to be in Italy. Two humans saw her. But thankfully we took care of that," She smiled, her teeth a shiny toothpaste white. "So he'd like us to ask to control your girl. It's not often people catch us hunting. And if we become more suspicious, they'll have us burned." She said.
"I don't see that," Alice said. "I see lies." Oh no, Alice. Don't say that. I curl my hand into a tight fist.
"Aro sends his regards." Alec told Carlisle. "Tell him the same." Carlisle responded.
"So stay out of the human eye. And don't come crying to us when you get burned. Oh wait. You wouldn't be able too." Jane smiled. Suddenly she looked like an angelic child. They gracefully put their hoods on, and sped away.
