So anyway I think he's either evil or a secret agent for the black swan because the so called rule in kotlc is that if your mentioned more than 5 times by other characters than your part of some type of organisation.
I think I've mentioned these things before so sorry but something seem off about him like why was forkle so comfortable around him?

And maybe more I can't remember well
And when he was erasing her parents bad memories he might have purposefully erased crucial memories to help stop vespera but maybe he's a normal fellow who we will never see again.
Oh oh oh and in flashback it said that all the telepaths that the council trusted were aloud to check alvars mind so maybe he is good. and why does the council trust him? They don't trust anybody.
